Big fan of port of subs, showed up at this location but for some reason it was closed at 2:30 when I arrived, with the open sign... still lit and online stating it?s open until 3pm. Huge Bummer. Read more
I bought 2 sandwiches and they weren't made right they actually put the toppings on the wrong sandwiches and made my husband's... with avocado and didn't put shakers and they put 1 jalapeño on his sandwich and peppers on mine and messed it up and ran out ofroast beef but im not ordering from there again. My family and I just visited this location and ordered 2 large and I medium #5 sandwiches, all of which were made with... extremely stale bread. After getting home and discovering this, my husband called them and was told to come and have them madefresh. As soon as my husband walked in the door, the manager explained that all the bread was made fresh and that it was justsupposed to be that way!! Ok.....! Anyway, at this point my husband asked for a refund rather than wait around for moreinedible sandwiches, and was given his money back, minus a couple dollars, for some reason. Before leaving, my husband askedthe manager if he wanted the stale sandwiches back and the manager said yes, that he was sure he could feed them to somebody!Mmmmm.....I sure hope he didn't mean a customer, cuz I am pretty sure that's against a couple health codes, especially with allthe Covid restrictions. Whatever. All I know is that we will not be visiting this establishment again. Gross. Read more

When the Postmates delivery left us hanging (and eventually... cancelled our company order delivery), Veronica and Madison was willing to make things right and deliver to us! Went in yesterday to get 4 sandwiches. The girl who made my sandwiches was absent minded and didn't put her mind into the... sandwich making. As the result, my sandwiches were dry and not as tasty as before. I will have to watch closely the next timeI go in to make sure she put enough condiments and dressing on my sandwiches. Read more
Last week, I ordered from this Port of Subs for a catering order for 100 people. I was so pleased with the freshness of the... food, the timeliness of the order and the overall professionalism I received. For a previous event, we ordered from a differentPort of Subs but I wanted to try a different store since the last did not have the order ready at pick up time. It's challengingto provide food for 100 people and I depend greatly on the caterer. I found the new female owner to be kind, courteous andprofessional. She was knowledgable and patient when answering my catering questions. I planned to call the day before pickup totouch base, but she beat me to it! She had a few additional questions about my order and called me to confirm. Everything wasfreshly made and ready to load when I arrived at 9am. Thank you Port of Subs #261 for a wonderful experience.
