These guys don't get paid enough for what they do. The services are just astounding every single time I come here. The... satisfaction I feel when I leave is definitely blissful. The crew is awesome and the servers/bartender always offer pristineservices and they hustle, therefore you aren't waiting forever on your food, nor does it ever sit. Came in for dinner with my husband, was NOT greeted until about 5 minutes after waiting in an empty waiting room. Once we were... seated, we were not given any napkins or silverware, just had our order taken by someone who was working the bar. Not sure whoour actual waiter was. But we ordered an appetizer and finished it pretty quickly. No one ever took the empty tray from ourtable. Once we received our food, I asked for an extra ranch from the girl who brought us our food. (A completely random worker)She gave me a dirty look and said ?Yeah, just give me a second.? And walked away. I proceeded to watch her stand around and talkwith her other coworkers. When we were ready to leave, my husband asked for a water to go from the lady at the bar because sheseemed to have a positive attitude. The random girl who served our food brought his water out and said ?here?s your water? TOGO.? I love the food made here, but the service itself was not great. I will be warning people I know that the food is deliciousbut good luck on service. Oh, and did I mention? I never got my ranch. LOL Read more
THIS LOCATION NOW HIRING AGES 17 AND UP!!! Haven't eaten at this location yet but I have never had any complaints at Red Robin.... They have a eclectic menu different than what other burger places offer. Bottomless french fries! Read more
Out of town as traveling healthcare worker, ordered delivery to the hospital, got no ketchup, no utensils, no napkins. I paid... extra for Swiss cheese, sautéed onions& mushrooms. Do you see any of those things? Shift leader Kristin said nothing they cando about it I got to get refund from delivery company! HMMM ???? so your cooks don?t bother looking or making what people orderbut you think delivery company gonna refund me for your mistake? The BLTA was awesome! I would order that again. Very good. I also enjoyed the beer cheese to dip the fries in. Great service.
