If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is extremely poorly managed. Twice now, we have placed our order and been told... the wait would be 45 mins to an hour. Two hours later, still no pizza and when we call about the issue, we are just given lameexcuses. The only plus to this place is the pizza is actually very well made 9 times out of ten. This evening i went to pick up my pizza (i placed the order online) and when i went to the counter the staff in the back was... very nice and said they will be with me as soon as they could. A few mins later this older lady walked out and helped me with myorder. She was not friendly at all, and when she was helping me she started randomly helping someone else. My order was alreadypaid for and ready. It was sitting right in front of me but i had to wait for her to stop helping the other customer. During allof this as well she was yelling at the staff in the kitchen, bossing them around and treating them very poorly. They were alldoing their job and weren?t doing anything wrong. It was very awkward. She needs to be gone lol, not good customer service orprofessional one bit. Read more
I ordered a personal pepperoni pizza 2 weeks ago, and it was very delicious. Warm, toasty, and just the right size. I come here... for personal pizzas because not a lot of common pizza franchises carry them but thankfully Round Table does! The man at thecounter was very nice and also the pizza cook was very nice too. Read more
This place is very hit and miss when it comes to customer service and quality/accuracy of food. Ordered a pizza with creamy... garlic sauce, they even read the order back and still ended up making it wrong. Since they put the stickers on the box to sealthem they no longer show you the food when you order carry-out. Very disappointing to have your order made wrong and them noteven correct the problem, especially when you can't eat the red sauce because of an allergy to tomatoes. Unfortunately one star is too much! Had a Door Dash delivered a few minutes ago and the pizza is burnt, next to no sauce or... cheese. It?s a personal sized All meat and one piece is on big bubble. Pretty much burnt meat and crust. I don?t know how anyonein food service thought that this would be ok to serve? Read more

Our family went here for my nephews birthday with about 15 people. At first no one would answer the phone to place a order ahead... a time. Then when we got there @ 3:45pm there was plates and trash on almost every table, the buffet line was disgusting and thesalad bar was just as bad. We sat in the party room because those were the only clean tables. We sat in there for about 45 minand then we were asked to leave for a party. We cleaned our own tables and finish our pizza. We left at 6pm and all the tablesremained dirty and a customer had to ask for better and fresh salad. A lady brought fresh salad out but didn't clean up the areawhy she was there.
