Red button timed out over 2 times (10 min each time) before we just decided to order online. (Download app, register, log in... hassle) They seem to only focus on drive through since those cars were steadily moving. They should not ignore the drive upstalls. Once meal arrived, the fries were cold, over salted and inedible. The rest if the food was decent, as we were alreadytired and hungry after waiting over 30 min. What a shame since Sonic used to be a go to for our family. Worst sonic experiencein 25+ years of going there. Read more

The food was completely cold and im assuming old that it was near impossible to bite through. Fries, cold and hard, Chicken... Slinger, smashed, cold and couldnt bite through. Sprite, watered down. Would not recommend Read more

Unclean, and poorly managed. There's a dine in area, but don't expect anyone to actually take your order in there. There's a... call button you can use, but staff don't respond to it. There was a family that had been waiting 20 minutes when I arrived. Read more

Typical for this type of franchise. Newer building, so maintenance is appropriate. Clean in all visible areas including the... parking lot. Staff are polite and friendly. Non-peak hours means fast drive-through and carhop delivery. Read more

Wrong drinks of soda wanted a root beer with mostly ice got 3 Pepsi's with normal ice. Second time attempting to get food it was... so busy not only for dine in and drive in after a half hour in the same spot we gave up. So can't say much but food looks goodand drinks well, verify it before u leave. Read more

Amazing customer service. Yeah there can be a little bit of a wait at this location, but the customer service I received was... some of the best I have in a very long time. Especially by the younger kids! I came at 4:36pm on a Monday. I tried to orderthrough the app and saw the location wasn?t taking mobile orders. I looked at the time and figured ?oh it?s happy hour Iwouldn?t take mobile orders either, that?s just asking for a mad house!? However when I arrived it WASN?T happy hour. Theyweren?t sure why the app didn?t work. (It wasn?t rude or anything it was a pleasant exchange.) I had said oh ok I?m gonna orderon the app and go to the other location to get the discount. While waiting, the attendant came back on. He said he spoke to themanager and they were going to still give me the drinks half off! It was so nice because I didn?t even think to ask or anything.The person too it upon themselves to go above and beyond in a still very busy time. It was nice they saved me the time whilestill gaining the sell for their location as well. We only waited about 15 minutes in total even though the line was out intothe road when we got there! My experience at this Sonic?s drive-thru was top notch. The staff was professional, polite, and courteous. It was a joy seeing... teamwork at its finest. The property was clean and all signs were visible and without need of repair. Quite honestly, given thestate of today?s economic inflation, the price wasn?t out of line. I highly recommend this place if you?re looking to take yourfamily out for an afternoon lunch or an evening dinner. Read more
