Lately this location consistently messes up my orders. I get a vanilla latte...doesn't matter hot or cold or what size...and... they forget to add the vanilla. I order a Venti iced caramel macchiato and it's almost ENTIRELY MILK. These drinks aren't cheapand now I can say they're reliably wrong. So I will have to go somewhere else. Read more

I have had so many mistakes here... Ive given them many different opportunities to craft a bevarage correctly. By ordering... different drinks, making aure they are custom with the number of pumps showing on the label. But i dont think ive ever gone hereand had nothing wrong with my drink. Iced coffee with milk (missing syrup) and not sure... but the most bitter ive everhad.... Iced caramel macchiato (missing vanilla syrup) Java chip frap (missing the binding syrup.... very bitter not sure howthis happened.) Vanilla sweet cream cold brew ( in a hot cup which has less volume than iced cup, should never be used or noice, or just a bigger cup so your not making it without the space allowance for the ice.) These are the ones i can recentlyremember the issues. But i feel pretty cheated. Overall i thought ok its just a simple mistake, and i give a place the benefitof the doubt, but every single time... something is off. Please retrain your crew for basics. Because this shouldnt be thatcommon. I will only ever go there again if i sit down. Or have the time to check my drink before i leave and can have themremake it. I hate doing that but its annoying having a drink i didnt order almost every time. Read more

Waited until I was done ordering to tell me they don't accept card transactions today. No sign anywhere on the drive thru menu.... Nothing. What a waste of time when you're headed to work. Read more

The barrista hag at the Steamboat Pkwy drive through was awful. Since the store was out of lemonade she was totally imposed upon... to be civil, helpful or provide customer service. Was sold the most bitter, yucky, unsweetened, nasty drink for $7.00. Matchedher ugly bitter attitude. Not good Starbucks. Worst barrista ever. I would avoid. Read more

I understand that mornings can be busy and trying to serve customers in a timely manner is important. However, I don?t like... picking up my drink with cold foam running down the side of the cup after the person that made it noticed the cold foam runningand set it down for pick up anyway. Take the 2-5 seconds to wipe the cup. Little things like that speak volumes about yourquality of customer service. Not to mention that my drink taste like ice water when it should taste like coffee. Unfortunately,the barista put too much ice in the drink. Read more

Love Starbucks! Tried his location yesterday. Drive thru was very efficient even though the line on a snowy morning was long.... The staff was friendly too. Read more

I am impressed with the staff here. I guess I visit enough that those covering the drive thru know my favorite drinks and can... kid me about upgrading/treating myself when I order a larger size. A great crew at this location and they work fast andefficiently while maintaining a happy environment. Shannon was great today and I enjoy all my interactions with all the staff. Read more
