Barista sneezed on my takeout bag (did we learn nothing from last couple years), handed me my coffee with the lid halfway on.... Last week was the wrong coffee given to me (drive thru so was long gone by the time I noticed). Week before that coffee was cold(normally too hot to drink). Screw this place go to the Shell station or the Pete's inside Raleys if you need coffee. Read more

I think this location takes a lot of slack. I think because of where they are at, they have a hard time staying fully staffed... and get very busy. I've almost always had a very pleasant experience having lived up the street for over 2 years now. Other thanthe walk-in only Starbucks at the Summit Mall, this is the only coffee shop on the way to Mt. Rose so they get very busy andhave a lot of customers. They do great regardless and deserve praise for how slammed they get. Read more

This might be the worst Starbucks in Reno. I just called the manager because I obviously got the wrong drink. She said well do... you want me to comp you? No, how about you look at what your staff is doing. This isn?t the first time at this place and it willbe the last. I?ll make sure I don?t visit this site again. Read more

This place is a rip-off . I ordered a grande cappuccino at the drive-thru and got a cup with mostly foam barely any coffee. It's... over 4$, The coffee was not warm and they did not offer any sugar. I would not recommend this location the customer service isvery poor. The drive-thru attendant looked like he was halfway asleep and had a bad attitude. Read more

Ordered using the app 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes to receive my 2 drinks.... Watched a barista take orders that were behind mine and put them in front because she knew the person. Bottom line. It shouldnot take 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Horrible customer service! Read more

Friendly staff but consistently have my drink made incorrectly and shorted. As a former Starbucks barista, it?s particularly... easy to tell when something is wrong in terms of drink components. Then, as an average consumer, it?s particularly easy to tellwhen 20% of the drink never even made it in the cup. I?ve made several comments about these reoccurring problems and theycontinue to repeat themselves. Wish the store manager and team leads would take note and make an effort to fix them. Ordered a pumpkin latte and this is what I received. Pretty disappointed I spent 5 dollars and some change for a half cup of... coffee. Really bummed with this experience. It made me feel like I got someone half drank cup of coffee. I?m moredisappointed because the employee was the nicest Starbucks employee I?ve ever encountered so I left feeling good until I noticedhow light my coffee felt and opened it up to reveal how little coffee was in there.
