I was my way to work. The day started well. I decide to try this Starbucks that I found on my drive into work. I order an... Americano with light ice thinking it would be quick to make and light ice so I can drink it on my way to work. I hear them messmy order up "I thought you said iced" so she's remaking it in a rush as I sit and wait (they as busy as usual). Then doesn'tannounce my name but I guess the one she brought out was mine. I was right I leave in a hurry as now I'm a bit late for work.The coffee is so hot I burn my finger while placing it over the hole as I pull away angrily. Why? It even says on the receipt"light ce" . So instead of making my morning you ruined my drive in. Man, I'm still upset.... Read more
