Inconvenience at it's best. Never opens on time , can't call ahead to order, long lines everyday. I don't even know why it's in... this hospital . Hard working employees deserve access to good coffee and not just the office coffee . Read more
The milk was spoiled. Starbucks was going to credit my account but never did.
Stood next in line for service with 13 other customers waiting behind me for the cashier to stop gossiping with the 2 nurses who... were placing a large order. I didn't get to order had to make an appointment. Best when you have a lot of customers to get withthe program and save the gossiping for when there is only 1 customer. Read more
Coffee was alright and the shop was clean. Lots of room inside if you have a large group. Selection of baked goods looked tasty... but was limited to one tray during my visit. Service was quick and efficient, not very upbeat or personable. Read more
Very nice Starbucks located on the second floor of the hospital. Good signs once you get inside to the Starbucks. Don't be... intimidated by the hospital Ambience, once you get to the second floor and find the Starbucks you'll be very happy. Large,clean, bright, friendly with plenty of seating both inside and outside the store. Read more
This is inside the Renown Medical Center. Most hours there is line, but they are pretty quick. They're very polite and helpful,... not rude like others because you don't understand their venti whatever sizes and lingo. Read more
The staff is nice, but they are SO SLOW. You would think it being in a hospital they would be fast, but don't expect to spend... less than 15 minutes to order and receive your coffee. Sorry to say it, but they either need more staff or need to pick up thepace. Read more
