Clean, spacious. Cool cashier/barista. ????
Since I learned that this Starbucks is open on Saturday mornings, I have been going there. When I arrived today, the manager and... another employee were seated at the table. They greeted hello to me when they spotted me enter the business but failed toclarify that dogs are not permitted inside. Instead, they requested me to wait outside with my dogs while they waited till Iplaced my order and made payment. I informed the barista that I had been waiting in the opposite corner, and she said, "They arenot allowed; you have to go outside." My issue is you should have addressed that when you said hello or before I placed myorder. If you want people to abide by your policies and guidelines, you should be up front about them, and not assume everythingis well when it clearly isn't. Particularly while clients are entering the store. Second, like any other company, post a signon your door that reads "Service Animal." only. Read more
