The kids and I went through the drive thru but the customer service was great! Very friendly. First time eating here. I ordered... the garlic streakburger. Miss the old dine-in menu. Place seems empty and on it's deathbed without families coming in to have a real sit down meal... together. The burgers we had were still good and the gal working the register was friendly, but the family sit down atmosphereis yet another casualty to the response to COVID. Sad. Read more
Hamburger patties too thin, buns are too thick. Ordered a burger and got something different. Asked for Fiesta sauce, got... Buffalo sauce and was charged 40 cents each. Fries were too thin, like shoestring potatoes. The only good thing about my orderwas the milkshake. Could not go back and get order corrected because we went through the drive through and left. 5 stars to offset the mass cultivating mouth breathers who make complicated orders at a Steak and Shake. The lack of intellect... it would take to sit in a drive thru for a place that isn't fast food and then complain about how long it takes is hard toimagine. This is Steak and Shake, not Ruth's Chris. It is what it is. Maybe if you found joy in exercise and the outdoorsrather than the bottom of a milkshake you would be able to give an honest review. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Drove long way to come here when I could?ve just went to McDonald?s. Food has no tomatoes or lettuce, fries... are stale, and soda is flat. in n out is half the price and way better tasting and bigger better burgers. Never coming hereagain ! Read more

We got the #1 and #2 combos, the double cheeseburger and a single cheeseburger with their famous shoestring French fries at the... South Meadows location. Both burgers were perfectly hand-patted and were spot on delicious, juicy, and piping hot! French frieswere hot, crispy, and yummy! Ice-cold, refreshing Diet Coke washed it all down nicely! Sure wished they had a shady spotoutside, like a couple trees or an awning. (We ate in the jeep.) Five Stars, nonetheless! ????????? Read more

Review: decent burger joint & is what you?d expect from the chain restaurant experience. Got the double butter & it waspretty damn good with plenty of onions. I?d definitely hit this place up again. It?s a little wonky to get to it & you mightmiss the exit before the highway but that?s really my only negative thing to say about it. Read more
