Just came through the drive thru,There was a gentlemen full of tattoos,He had the best customer service i have seen in a long... time,I actually left thinking he deserved a tip..Very refreshing especially in Reno lol I actually called as soon as I got hometo tell him what a great job he is doing ???? found out he is a manager..That man deserves a raise and should be training otherfast food employees,It sure makes a impression and a huge difference... The local Taco Bell here can't ever seem to get food right. Something's always missing or incorrect on the order. I can't... remember the last time I've had an order done correctly and we've eaten there quite a bit It's gotten to the point that we'vealmost cut Taco Bell out entirely Read more
Use to be great. Drive thru service is in shambles! I go in early for lunch to beat " The Rush" The order taker is very polite... but it appears they are lacking employees or the skills needed to pump fast food out- fast. I hope it improves as I cannot waitin drive thru every other day with 1 car in front of me for 15- 20 minutes. I only get 1/2 hour for lunch. Read more
The people working the closing shift on Wednesday June 16th should all be fired. I placed my order VIA the app at 11:05 pm.... Closing time is 1am. I sat in that drive thru until 11:50. When we placed the order the woman said there was an 8 item limit.Since we used the app this did not apply to us. But the fact that they were "SOLD OUT" of potatoes and negated letting us knowuntil we got to the window after 45 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable. They claimed to have been short staffed yet thefemale worker was in the bathroom most of the time we waited and some kid was mopping the floor the entire time as well. Howmuch are the lazy people being paid? It's unbelievable and very unprofessional considering how many people were in front andbehind us. You all should be ashamed. Read more
This Taco Bell by far is one of the most efficient locations I've encountered so far that consistently maintains a high standard... of quality. The facilities remain clean and proper, and the customer service is always friendly and pleasant. It's truly one ofthe greatest inexpensive fast food joints I've encountered.
