Here's my issue, the staff are rude I waited 5 mins before I could get an employees attention and it was a snappy 1. Drivers... were leaving left ND right. According to doordash the bowl should been done 5 mins after I arrived,I sat there for a good 40then was handed cups to fill for the customer. I'll now avoid this business when it pops up on my screen. Will also be sharingthe experience with all I know so they can avoid at all cost as well. Read more
The food is really good but the wait is ALWAYS more then 30 minutes. They have twice now mafe me wait over 40 minutes for my... food. There is no manager or person of authority there when I go in. The cook threw my ticket away when it printed half way anddidn't make my order. I had to wait an hour for my food and then when I got it the regular had a junior size portion of meat onit. Thank god the girls here did what they could for me without any direction from a manger! I love this food but I don't thinkI'll be back. Ashley and Jos are amazing by the way! A friend & I visited Teriyaki Madness in Reno on September 16th, 2022 around a little after 12 noon. Not impressed at all. The... food wasn?t anything special & my bowl came out luke warm. We had asked for extra napkins other than the measly one we eachreceived with our bowls. None extra were brought to us . My friend had ordered a bowl with the drink & eggroll, which theeggroll arrived after she had almost finished her meal & the eggroll was BURNT. She went to use the ladies restroom & said thather shoes were sticking to the bathroom floor & that the toilet seat was very loose. The woman who brought our food was harriedand a little short tempered as I guess was caused by this establishment being short staffed. We will not be back, Read more
The customer service was A+. The only bad thing I have to say is that if you're getting a teriyaki bowl and they ask you if you... want vegetables just say no because really what they mean is you're getting a bunch of lettuce. As you can see in the photo Igot one piece of broccoli and two very thin slices of squash. I would have rather skipped it. But again I can't give because thecustomer service more than five stars and they deserve it they were super polite. Post owners response; had I known that was anoption, I would have. Purchased a spicy chicken bowl and two chicken egg rolls. I received 1 completely burnt one. See picture. Crazy they made me... pay for this, of course it was in the bag so I didn?t see it until I got home. Check your food before you leave. Read more
Place is clean and friendly staff. Food was OK. The Teriyaki Chicken was good but the noodles and fried rice tasted bland and... boring. Texture was a bit hard and not full like a typical noodle from mongo. Needs the sauce otherwise it's too dry. Read more

Have gluten-free options & Chive TV!! Served in a plastic bowl w/ snap on lid soyou can just get up & take it w/ you on the go which is superb because I couldn?t finish my meal there was so much. They alsohave a plastic fork/chopsticks utensil ????/???? Only 1 size of drink, 24 oz. Bathrooms quite clean & tidy. Overall, a reallygood option & good portion sizes. Ordered here many times and used to love it?but the last two times I?ve ordered a Katsu curry bowl they have forgotten to give... the sauce. You end up with a dry chicken and rice bowl and it?s terrible. Read more
