Tasty and accommodating. They made both my husband?s chow mein and my rice noodle veggie stir fry all plant based. Great flavor... and wonderful customer service. We will definitely be back. Read more

I?m not sure if they changed chefs or what happened but the food quality definitely went downhill. The flavor isn?t there... anymore. A couple of times I?ve asked for spicy 4-5 .. I get it non-spicy. The food just tastes like the cooking oil and theveggies are raw. The people are nice and great service overall. Read more

In 10 years of visits, I?ve never had bad food from this restaurant. Spiciness levels were inconsistent in earlier visits but... are now pretty spot on. Shrimp Rangoon?s, pad Thai, and peanut sauce are on point?and their Tom Kha soup is heaven (thelemongrass in the broth is perfect). The main reason for a review today is not just the exceptional food, but the incrediblestaff here; they are kind, efficient, and promote a family atmosphere and show consideration beyond the norm. The last few yearswith the pandemic, I?ve only enjoyed their food to go or through a delivery service. Today was my first return to in persondining here since 2020?stopping for an impromptu lunch after an outing. I brought my parents (visiting from out of town who loveThai food) and my usually very mellow 2 year old, who apparently was ready for her nap sooner than usual and was a handful?happyand not fussy?but exuberant. All our servers and anyone who came across our table, from the hostess to the servers, were kind, empathetic, and warm. They were excellent with putting me at ease when I tried to pickup a few garnish carrots dropped by thebaby and insisted it wasn?t necessary, were kind with my daughter and engaged her, and didn?t blink once when asked for a cup ofice (it?s apparently her thing right now) or helping my parents box up a plethora of (extremely delicious) leftovers while Itook the baby outside to walk to burn off her extra energy towards the end of the meal and so she wouldn?t be a bother to anyother diners. The simple fact they bring out divided kids plates and plastic silverware for the kiddos automatically speaks tothe family oriented and proactive values promoted by the owners and staff. I have four kids, and my husband and I have traveledwith them fairly extensively and visited many restaurants with some combination/number of littles in tow; I can say with nohesitation, Thai Lotus was one of the best experiences we?ve had as far as a restaurant not just being Read more

I?m a huge Pad Thai fan, and I?ve simply had better. It wasn?t bad, and maybe other dishes would live up to the high reviews.... The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was a little bland. Service was really good, and the food came out very quickly. Read more

Thai Lotus is the best Thai Restaurant I've eaten at across more than 10 states ???? Get the pumpkin curry. Just do it. I... waited until my 5th visit. The pumpkins are some kind of small Asian pumpkin (like an acorn squash) that had me smiling like ajack-o'-lantern ???? because wow! What a treat! And I'm not a vegetarian but the "Basil Eggplant" dish would make Jesus weep. It's so good. You get to pick a protein with this if you want. Finally, for that meat lover, get the honey chicken ????????It's a bowl full of chicken with a couple pieces of broccoli. No complaints. Manly-power-food right here y'all. Also I canrecommend orange chicken ???? ???? for someone who isn't into strong Asian flavors. The orange chicken comes with somecaramelized orange slices (EAT THEM!!) and a very light orange glaze with fresh broccoli ???? Reason 1 to eat here: Everythingtastes fresh and rich. Example: the Thai curries aren't watery coconut milk, they are bursting with flavor--a tidal wave ofcomplexity and craftsmanship rolling over your tongue and stuck in your mind for weeks. Reason 2: Service. Example: I normallygo to restaurants and ask staff what I should order. Normally I hear "what is popular," or have indecisive answers juggled aboutme with indifference. At Thai Lotus, the staff are passionate about the dishes. They will tell you what they like. Example 2:The food comes out fast, even when they are busy. On a night with few people, 5-10 minutes. On a busy night 15-20 minutes. Thisis food that would take me over an hour to prepare and mine would never taste as good. My only complaint is they are closed onSundays? Big bummer with me having the weekends off. Read more

I've had great experiences here in the past and maybe I ordered wrong today. But I was very disappointed with this lunch this... afternoon. I ordered orange chicken and Pad Thai and both severely underperformed. The orange chicken (it was fresh at least)was basically tempura fried chicken breast tossed in marmalade? With a slice of orange to fake authenticity? It was very dryand the sauce was beyond lackluster. Picture for reference. But I wrote this off as my fault for ordering Chinese food at a Thaiplace. Until I tasted the Pad Tai. I always judge a Thai restaurants on their pad thai...how balanced the salty, savory, sourand sweet come together. And this was not good pad tai. The sweet carrot was overwhelming and the sour was far too prominent. Read more

The food is delicious. I love Thai but don't get to eat it often. I was also thrilled that they had a menu just for the gluten... free options! And it was a full menu. So many choices! I had the mango curry with chicken and it was delicious. Now, I am aspice wimp and said a 2, thinking it would just be a little warm. I felt it in the back of my throat. It wasn't a lasting burn, but I definitely felt a little bit LoL My drink was tiger blood boba tea, which I can only describe as Thai tea with chocolate?I'm not 100% sure but I loved it. It was sweet, but not too sweet. For dessert I have mango and sticky rice. It was absolutelyyummy and I made it last as many bites as I could LOL The staff was also really kind. They took the time to go through menuoptions, make recommendations, and make sure I didn't over order by pointing out the lunch special version of the dish. Itwasn't too busy since they were close to closing so a few chatted with me off and on which was kind since I am alone in adifferent city. If I was a regular, I would go at least weekly. It was some of the best Thai I've had with a great atmosphereand kind staff. The food also came out so fast! With a starter soup, and with the lunch menu, a small salad and roll. I highlyrecommend them! Read more

The lunch special was good and reasonably priced. I wish the red curry was a bit thicker. Service was fine. Decor and ambiance... was simple, cozy and accented with Thai cultural artifacts. Good experience. Read more
