How is it that every time I go into Wendy?s, any Wendy?s location anywhere in the US, my order gets screwed up and I?m also... overcharged? I order an asiago ranch chicken club and I get a crispy chicken sandwich? I ask for no lettuce and somehow thereis 3 times as much lettuce as normal?! Train your people better or shut down!!!!!! I'm a regular at this location, work graveyard and love eating at this Wendy's on my lunch break. Itwas 10:55pm, Online said... they're open till midnight, normally they are when I go. Open sign and al the lights were on. I sat in the drive through thendrove up to the window and saw 4 people inside. 3 of the people made eye contact but didn't come to the window. Saw a guytaking out trash and asked him if they are open and he said no. Suggested they turn the open sign off and at least tell thecustomer they're closed instead of just looking and ignoring. Went to taco bell but they closed early as well and said somethingas soon as i pulled up which was appreciated. Went to WING STOP down the street. Read more
Their frostys are one word, ew. No creaminess at all! None, whatsoever. It is icy and liquidy ????. I can hear myself chewing... on ice when eating it. Their Burgers are the worst burgers I've ever had. The buns are so filled with air there's hardly anysubstance to them, flaky and more like a collection of crumbs made into a bun shape, cheese that's not even melted, feels likethey just slap on a cold slice of cheese, might as well have a cold slice of cheese on the side and eat it with your burger.Fries are potatoes soaked soggy soft in oil and have no flavor even when hot! ??. The only things that are good are their spicychicken nuggets (very crispy crumbles on outside of nuggets) and spicy chicken sandwich (real actual chicken meat crispy fried)which I would come back for. I understand that service has been disrupted by the lack of employees everywhere. That being said, it's disappointing to have... multiple online /app orders be incorrect multiple times (only here it seems, as we order out more than I care to admit ????).It's been 3 out of the last 4 times. I recommend triple checking your order before going home just to ensure. When we sat andate in the restaurant, the service was good. Nothing was missed and people were generally nice. Read more
It says the drive thru is open until 11:59 but they will cancel your DoorDash order at 11. I really wanted Wendy?s so I drove... down there myself instead of ordering and they were closed at 11:20. If you aren?t going to be open don?t advertise it. Read more

The employee was not friendly to begin with when taking my order. We noticed the price on the screen was more than the price on... the menu board. When we pulled up we asked the employee about it and was not the board wasn't wrong "I'm doing what the computersays". I took the receipt and took pictures of the menu board as proof of being ripped off. We took nothing from this visit.Since the lobby was closed I could not go in to speak to a manager. I had to get on the road for a 4 hour drive and this waswasting my time. If the female employee was the least bit interested, I might have just paid it. Read more
Service was speedy. Food came up reasonably fast, fresh and hot. Needed some attention to cleaning of the dining room area,... drink station, women's restroom, it was only one other person in the dining room and drive thru was not over busy. Read more
