Sept 21, 2022, 10:56 am. It is an online order and I went to the shop to pick up. No customer in the store except me. I... waited for three minutes before someone came up. I needed a drink with no ice but the one given to me had ice. I asked for anexchange. She said "NO" because "I have already made it". After much negotiation, she left me do the drink again myself. Was told to show up at 11 to pick up our order that we placed over the phone. We were exactly on time, and were advised that... they were about to call us because we were apparently late, and the order had been ready for some time. The food was stone cold,and the wings were quite dry and under sauced. Were this a one off it would be one thing, but after having this happen severaltimes with both phone and online orders, I am pretty much done with wingstop at this point. Read more
The food is fine. But the cleanliness is really bad. The tables are filthy. The high chairs are sticky and gross. I had to wash... it before my grandson could sit there. Even the staffs uniforms are dirty and worn out. Read more
Ordered from here twice, I was hoping the first time was a fluke. But it was equally as bad the second. For a restaurant that... specializes in wings, they are the worst I have ever had, dry, over cooked and the buffalo sauce tasted like straight hot saucewas just dumped over them. Also tried the chicken thighs and they were just as bad. The cheese fries were super soggy and barelyhad any cheese. Don't waste your money here. The only good thing is the ranch dressing. Read more

Great place & friendly. They were fast & they do offer carry out as well as delivery while COVID is here. The wings were great,... good sized, & ordering online was quite easy. I had an outstanding experience today. I ordered 20 wings/3 flavors: Cajun, Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub. The Louisiana Rub... was my favorite. The overall experience was delightful. Cierra greeted me right away and was friendly, knowledgeable andattentive. She definitely has a can-do attitude and an asset for this establishment. A+ in my book. Will return as often aspossible. Worst Wing Stop we've been to. I ordered online and picked up in the store. The food was ready on time. That's the only plus... really. I ordered the wings well done. The skin wasn't anywhere near crispy. Who wants non-crispy, blubbery wings?? The corn wasold and reheated and was really chewy. I usually love the cajun corn, but this order sucked! There are other Wing Stops aroundReno, so I'll try one of those next time. Read more
