Food was good, order was correct, but the worker who helped us was a strange dude. ????
Ordered a Bacon Chicken Swiss meal with a shake and and extra Buffalo slider on the app. Lol the shake machine was busted and... they didn't have buffalo sliders. Sry Arby's I hate to give you a bad review but it was awful the fish wasn't done and they gave us curly fries which were burned... up and greasy it's supposed to come with kringle fries just plain bad ! Probably won't come back! Read more
This is The smokehouse brisket I got from the drive-thru. Pictures can be deceiving there's two pieces of brisket on it one... onion ring and a piece of bacon. I went there tonight on a Sunday at 10:15pm which online says their hours are until 12am. I pulled up and the lady said ?Welcome... to arbys order when you?re ready? so I asked for a minute, then I asked a question about a menu item and there was completesilence and then the lights overhead turned off. I pulled up to the window and the lady opened the window and said ?Sorry weclose at 10.? Companies need to update business hours online to keep current on when their employees decide to work/close earlyso customers don?t have to waste their time. Read more
Be great if sometime in the remainder of this year if they would reopen (been locked over a month) the lobby so that the ones... that can't utilize the drive-thru due to vehicle size. Loss customer base = loss revenues... Read more
One of the cleanest Arby's I've been to. Excellent service from the counter staff. If you've been to Arby's,you know what to... expect food wise. Definitely would stop here again when in the area. Read more
