I don?t normally do bad reviews but we have gone in twice now with horrible experiences. The first time we were told they were... out of steak. Ok no problem. Second time we were told they were out of steak, so we ordered chicken breast, which they were outof as well, so for rotisserie chicken. Do not resort to this subway. Me and my husband both ordered sandwiches along with my son. My flatbread was not toasted even... though it?s supposed to be regardless the spinach looked terrible and me and him both got food poisoning. My girlfriend and I come here ever once and a while, our favorite employee by far is the man named Adam, he?s very cheery and... helpful. Today, 04/13/21, we visited for our usual subs we get, but sadly we could not get them, presumably only due to the twoemployees working. It was a girl with brown curly hair, and a boat load of make up, and who I presume to be her significantother, the boy who kinda evacuated to the back room when we entered the building. We could see from the outside they were veryclose and talking, but when we walked in and they separated and began to ?resume working?. It seemed theyve been doing nothingat all because the only bread available was white and wheat. When asked what I wanted I said my preferred bread, and got anangsty answer of, ?I just put some in the baker, your gonna have to wait.? She said this before putting any bread into a themachine to cook it, I?d assume at least. The girl who was serving us only got a worse attitude as our one, simple sandwich wasmade. She continued to roll her eyes and get very mouthy with us for no reason. When I paid, I said thank you, have a good day,and she kinda just looked at me and said okay see ya. We?re not ones to leave legitimate complaints or bad reviews, but aftertoday I think there should be retraining courses for specific employees. Not the best subway to go to I'll tell you that. The hours posted need to be fixed on there whilst the workers do not seem to... care about what type of food they give people. The food is usually very sloppy not put together well and some of their producetastes bad. Hopefully they check and rotate out things like they are supposed to. I was disappointed in the service and selections at this Subway. First, they no longer serve roast beef and blame this on Covid.... I have been to several other Subway restaurants over the past month and this is the only without roast beef. Second, the staffwere not friendly at all. Last, they have a tip jar and have a tip selection on the credit card machine. I?ve never seen this atSubway and would expect friendlier service than other Subways if they expect tips. Read more

I'm updating me review from 3 to 5 stars. After a new try I have been really enjoying their app and pickup service. I do see... they added a note to the door that says "we except coupons" so something apparently changed there. I'm very happy with our localsubway now. Old review: The place is always clean and the food is textbook Subway food but I don't think I have seen the sameemployee twice so the service is never consistent. They are very very strict on coupons and offers and reject some straight fromcorporate so bring proof and check that they will take it BEFORE they make your food! Read more
