It's unfortunate that once in a while I get a craving for this stuff. taco bell uses the absolute cheapest packaging methods... though, setting people up for disasters and that is my number one complaint. There is lettuce and cheese in every fold of thethin thin paper wrapping the tacos. Tacos are a naturally messy food but no plate bowl or box is offered, no spoon or fork, justthe disaster paper wrappers which quickly leak grease that then quickly soaks through the thin paper bags and onto your car. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. DO NOT COME HERE. There is Food all over the floor in the dining area, everytime I go here there is a at... least 15 minute wait, and the employees talk back. This is a downgrade to every restaurant in the area and I am never going backto this taco bell again and am worried that there's more just like this one. Read more

Waited in line at the drive through, only to be told that they spontaneously decided to close the restaurant 45 minutes early.... Then they turned off the microphone for the drive through and wouldn?t answer any further questions. Read more

I love Taco Bell but this one was a little disappointing. The soft taco tortillas were dry and almost stale and they were really... skimpy with the ingredients. Hardly any beef or cheese. The Mexican pizza was bare. There are much better locations. Read more

This Taco Bell location used to be our go-to due to their order accuracy and quickness. That is no longer true. If you decide... to come to this location, pack a lunch. The drive-thru wait times are atrocious. On several occasions we've sat in the drivethru for over 15 minutes. I understand some restaurants are short-staffed and food takes time to prepare. But waiting over 15minutes in a drive-thru line without even so much as an apology is unacceptable. Our most recent visit today involved waitingin the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes. After several cars left, we pulled up to the intercom to place our order and beganwaiting again. We waited a few minutes without being greeted before we decided to try our luck at the drive-thru window. Uponpulling up to the window, we saw an employee with a headset resting on top of her head. For a brief second i thought i could gether attention as she appeared to look out the window at me. But then she turned and walked away. We then parked our car and Ientered the restaurant. There were several people inside the lobby waiting to place an order by using the tablets. Because Iplaced and paid for my order through the Taco Bell app, I moved to the counter and waited to be helped. And after a briefmoment, I was helped by one of the employees. Had we not placed our order thru the Taco Bell app and already been charged, wewouldn't have waited nearly as long as we did. The long wait and lack of customer service we experienced today is inexcusable. At no point in time did any employee apologize for the long wait. Furthermore, there was no explanation given for such a longwait. We will not be returning to this location. Read more

We ordered food and our nachos looked like someone smashed them. When we got home and took it out it had hardly any toppings.... The only topping there was was only meat and very little nacho cheese nor any of the toppings that are part of Nacho supreme.NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! Read more

$4 for a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and there's basically nothing in the taco. Not only has the company removed the meal option from... the menu, but apparently it is now $4 for some ranch on a couple taco shells and a sprinkle of lettuce. There was less than ateaspoon of meat on the taco as well. The nacho fries were barely half full. I can go to a local Mexican restaurant and paythe same (or less) per taco and have quality and authenticity. Honestly, even for fast food standards, this is pathetic. Read more
