Only the drive through was open when I arrived which was also backed up around the entire building. It was a good 10 minute wait... per person ordering at the screen and the business wouldn't take another order until the last was fulfilled. Prettydisappointing but I'm sure this location was extremely understaffed and I'm surprised it was even open. Read more

Stopped at this location one week ago to get a chicken sandwich. Just a craving, one item so I went through the drive through.... I had 3 cars ahead of me. Two at the pay/ pickup windows one at the intercom. After 10min of just sitting and multiplevehicles lining up behind me I shut off my car. A few minutes later the car at the intercom couldn't get a response had towalked up to the nearest window to inquire about the long holdup and was told the first car had no money and was waiting forsomeone to pay. What?! Move them to the side, keep the line going . I don't know if that was truly the reason, I hope not butregardless After 15 min plus I'm told " I will be right with you at the intercom " Did not order anything. After Over 20minutes wait , I no longer wanted a sandwich just out of the line. Yesterday we decided to stop and get lunch. We orderd 4items. Two hamburgers with onions, chicken sandwich and chicken fries. Hamburgers had no onions, chicken fries so hard anddry we gave them to the dog. The only thing that was good was the chicken sandwich ! It took two visits, one 20min + and 2hamburgers (not the way we orderd them) and some petrified chicken fries (Dog treats) to get one good chicken sandwich. Personally love Burger King but not this spot. I can't get through dine in drive thru and even called the location. I finally... buckled this morning and ordered a $40 order told it was almost 10 mins here and then cancelled ? I am beyond frustrated andover you guys you need to stop feeling entitled just cause you make more to not even interact wi to h people. Read more

Food is good but drive through wait is way too long! They need more employees here. I came here last week and same situation.... Honestly better off driving to Southcenter if you want faster service Read more

Don?t bother - no one there to take your order. Supposedly opens at 9AM, so even Google has it listed incorrectly. Fast food is... difficult work, but even just a greeting would be nice when waiting in line. Read more

I don?t know who is the franchise owner of this place but quality control and getting orders right is a big issue here. Nobody... should pay the prices they charge on their menu only to be disappointed with the entire order being wrong! Burger Kingcorporate should get involved and revamp the entire operation! Your average Burger King experience. Sometimes the drive thru goes fast, sometimes it doesn?t. Food quality has been consistent... for me. No complaints really, it gets the job done. Read more

I took the Time to sign up for your app and order online even though it was raining .. Yet my request for no mustard no pickle... on my hamburgers for my dogs which Is there treat for the day for being such good puppies.. I am not sure why there is enoughmustard on this they do have a roof to feed a family of 8 but you're killing your profits and losing a life long customer whoworked at Burger King .. I know the process and there no excuse for such waste and disregard for good service .
