I get dude last night (930pm) was by himself but I did not appreciate the lack luster interaction handing me sauce and dropping... it so that it fell I'm the drive way and I couldn't get it as well as no greeting. Showed up at 8pm Sept 26 at this location. They had a sign in the door saying dining g room closed short of staff. Went to the... drive through and they had a cone blocking the entrance. Pulled around and seen all the staff sitting at tables and not servingcustomers. If your going to not serve customers then shut the location down rather then have staff sitting there doing nothing.Management needs training if this is how they operate this location. Read more

I love them ! They have thee best customer service I have ever seen in fast food literally no complaints. Food bomb, service,... bomb, attention to detail bomb. I came through the drive thru today to order lunch. I ordered 2 original chickens with barbecue sauce and two small fries. The... line was very long and took about 7 to 19 minutes to get threw it. Once I reached the window I was notified that if I had wantedto use the app I had to announce my code at the call box, and that they couldn't add the code now and that i had to go throughthe drive thru once agaiin to use my discount code. Having worked at burger king myself I'm very annoyed that they didn't justcancel my order and rung it up right there if that was the case. Secondly my original chicken had no barbecue sauce in the bagor on the sandwich. Though the guy at the window was apologetic I'm very displeased with the service. Not only that but Mtattempts to call the store were left unanswered 4 separate times. I love burger King over most fast food restaurants, andthough this store is a convenience for me while I work in the area. I would not recommend this restaurant during the lunchperiod. So far the only saving grace is the morning crew. Read more

I?ll give it 5 stars in the context that this is a fast food restaurant, and in comparison to other fast food chains. I went... through drive-thru, with a few cars in front. The person taking the orders was quick and accurate. They were spot on with theorder, nothing was missing after checking. The food was hot, especially the fries. Not sure what else you can ask for on a latenight run for dinner. Read more
