Decided to stop here this morning for breakfast on my way to work. Sat in the drive thru at the window for at least ten minutes... and never heard anything. The three cars in line in front of me never moved either. It looked like there might be just oneperson working inside, so I can't really blame it on the employee - I'm sure they're overworked. I gave up on trying to order;I've also given up on trying to go to a Carl's Jr. around here again. Read more
Update: I ordered the sourdough sandwich and a small hamburger, I was so disappointed with the small hamburger I just crumbled... it up and threw it away, it didn't look appetizing at all. I took a couple bites at the sourdough one but my goodness! It was sogreasy! The worst customer service I've ever had, very poor communication and very slow even though I was the only one in therestaurant. The food was extremely dissatisfying, $3 for a hamburger that is smaller than the McDonald's kids burger and all ithad was a small smattering of mustard and ketchup. Way overpriced for what you get and way under trained as far as the staffgoes. Skip this place and go a little further down the street if you'd like to save some money and be satisfied with your meal. Read more
Yukkk! My burger was like it was under a heat light four hours! One bit and I knew it was old and I spit it out. Got food for my... family and it was all bad!!! Pop had no flavor Don't eat here ever bad addituds and trash for food. Hope the owner knows have ofthe staff is on there phones in the lobby just chillin. Read more
Used to enjoy this location. Clean restaurant, but during today's experience cashier was unfriendly and unhelpful. One star... because we thought dining in would be a better experience than going through the drive thru and while it was different it wasalso a negative experience. Dining in = unfriendly and unhelpful customer service. Drive thru = almost always incrediblyfriendly cashiers but order almost always wrong. Read more
This places gets a 5 star because we know it?s fast food so not comparable to a fine restaurant but compared to other fast food... places Carl?s is a notch up! The charbroiled hamburgers are very tasty and full of fresh tomatoes and pickles, what I likeabout Carl?s is the strong white onion they use along with some Carl?s sauce not mayo or thousand sauce but a red relish thatkeeps the burger from tasting dry, these burgers are most and flavorful. I don?t eat very many fast food places because althoughmy favorite food is hamburgers I don?t care for fried hamburgers. Carl?s charbroiled burgers are very good and the onion ringsare also very very good. Bummer there are very few Carl?s around WA, I?m from California where there are so many everywhere soI miss Carl?s very much and happy I was close enough to have lunch! Read more
They are good when everything is fresh. The California burger was tasty. The double cheeseburger was wrong, I should have gotten... a refund. The spicy chicken is better than McDonald's and the waffle fries were hot and crispy. The workers are slow and needmore training, they need to make big orders park, we shouldn't have to wait 10 min for 1 car. Read more
