The chicken actually tastes quite good and juicy when fresh. The Ezell's recipe overall is delicious. However, 3 out of 5 times,... the chicken in this location is just sitting under a heat lamp, which makes it rubbery and dry. So, it's kind of a gamble -30-40% of the time, the food tastes good; otherwise you just paid for dry rubber chicken. Read more
Went around 2 pm. Staff was fine. Service was quick. Chicken was lukewarm and a bit rubbery.
This isn?t like the other Ezells. Just got macaroni and it was watery like Kraft. They forgot the roll with my sons kids meal.... Brutal day for an excited toddler. Read more
The portion size is 40% smaller than before, they even changed the box like it?s not noticeable. It?s ridiculous
I've been getting the half pound original combo for years at this location and it has never dissappointed me. The chicken strips... are the only way to go. My order always comes out fresh and quick. Would definitely recommend this location to everyone in thearea. Read more
Ridiculous. I go in just now and stand at the corner waiting to order, only to be ignored by the two girls arguing in Spanish... with the cook in the back. There were 5 other people behind me waiting to order too. I stood there 7 minutes without so much asa "I'll be right with you sir," or even a glance in my direction. I walked out. I've never seen such poor service in Washingtonbefore. I just moved back here from Texas where I consistently experienced service like that. I never expected to experiencethat outside of Texas.
