This Jack in the box off of Northeast 4th has always been a great stop off for me and continues to deliver great service over... the last 3 or 4 years since it was put under New Management with Maria there service is always been great with a positiveattitude this is by far the best Jack in the box and best management I have seen in a long time thanks Maria.. Online it Says they are open 24 hours (which is a lie) I ordered through the mobile app when I went to pick it up at 10:30 they... said that they were closed. That I needed to come in the morning to talk to Maria. I work in the mornings so i cant go there..Every time i call its busy! Its been over a week with out my order or a refund! Read more
They have the standard menu for all your cravings. Remember, extra sauce costs extra (so the sign says in the window). There... have been many orders that were missing items from this location... so be sure to check your order before leaving. Also, you bepleasantly surprised with the breakfast options. Hours stated 24 hours on Thursday nights... But we were just there before midnight waiting and even though the lights were on... and menu was lit up, no one ever came to take our order. There were three cars in line just in the time we were there. I totallyget having modified hours in these times but please adjust them online and put them up at the location! Read more
This place used to be amazing. All the guys working there were great, fast, orders always correct. I don?t know what happened... lately? Maybe they changed cooks but my kids and I literally almost broke our teeth on our chicken sandwiches. That?s how hardit was. Even our dog had a hard time eating it. And this was second time now that we had experienced this. Had to throw away $40worth of food because we could not eat it. Read more
This is so frustrating! This happens all the time and I'm over it. It's 11:30 pm Thurs night. I check online first and it says... they're open. I drive all the way over there. The lights are on, the drive thru speaker menu board is all lit up, but there arezero cars in the parking lot and no one in sight in the restaurant. I took this photo of the hours posted on the drive thruwindow which clearly shows OPEN 24 hours on Thurs. So.....I drive back home empty handed. This has happened numerous times here. Read more
Tried breakfast for the first time, burrito and ultimate we're pretty good, enjoyed the sausage better. Place was closed when I... came by at 4:30 on a Saturday, thought it was 24/7? Came back at 7 and was open. Might have been a snow issue. Read more
