Clearly states that they're open at 8:00 a.m. but for some reason staff feel that they don't have to open till 11:00

09/16/ 22 lunch time..I order large ultimate cheese burger, 3 egg roll what I got is small size ultimate cheese burger and... regular fries.What a terrible customer service the lady she just got hired maybe blood family relationship or what ? I want to order same as iv done many times and wanted to use my apple pay like every time iv been there and lady lied to my face... said they don't do apple pay. I lost my card over a year ago always do apple pay there. Lady just cause you don't know how to doit don't mean you don't have it???????? Read more

I ordered through that app, it charged me for food I did not get. No one was there. the store was supposed to be open. It... wasn't a holiday, it wasn't outside of store hours. I've tried contacting and calling the store multiple time to get a refundonly to get dodged by them. Do not order from here. And yes I've gone to your support website and filled out a request 3 timesand still have not heard a single thing. Read more

I did not like the service I received at all. The lady with the orangish dyed hair who was working the drive thru with black... winged eyeliner, her customer service was absolutely deplorable. Whom was responsible for taking my payment and handed me areceipt kept rolling her eyes because we asked for condiments and then when we got our food and checked the bag, we noticedthere was food missing. She rolled her eyes again. We continually said we wanted regular popcorn chicken when we ordered,they still gave us spicy, so my daughter couldn't even eat her food. We asked for a large meal they gave us a small. I almostdidn't get all of my food. The bacon on the jr bacon cheeseburger tasted disgustingly old, so I threw my burger out. When Iasked for my missing food, and presented my receipt the employee rolled her eyes, got a manager and they began speaking Spanish,when I answered in Spanish their demeanor changed. I believe I dealt with a form of micro racism because I am light incomplexion. They didn't think I could understand them. You should not be speaking another language in front of a customer periodwhen they are inquiring about their order. Regardless of if they can understand you or not. Read more

This is not a fast food place. I've been in the drive through for 30 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. I could've gone to a... restaurant and get served already. Blame it on short staff but one person shouldn't be responsible for multiple jobs. How a newmanager that knows how to manage staff.... but I'm sure corporate already knows this. ****4 stars to the guy working every job!The food was fresh.**** Read more
