It?s Jersey mikes. So if you like this kind of sub cool it tastes the same pretty much everywhere. What makes this place unique... is the employees. I?ve never been here when they weren?t happy and just having a good time. I wouldn?t call it a good ambiancebecause corporate America turns everything into a mickymouse circus. But the genuineness of the staff and the levity that theybring to a boring day make it worth skipping subway. Read more
Ordered an online to get food faster. Had to wait over 20 minutes with many others getting their food prior. Employees stated... food would be right up. Cancelled order now having to go through the trouble of contacting customer service for refund. Read more

Service WAS HORRIBLE. Sandwich was good but when I say customer service isn't top priority that's the nicest way to put it. If I... didn't have my friend with me I would have given 1 star. He was trying to be funny and made some comments about he glad I wasthe one complaining and not him. But my complaints were reasonable in my opinion but I get eye rolls and mumbles under breathes.Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
