Good sandwiches, bit pricey, solid customer service.
It?s Jersey mikes. So if you like this kind of sub cool it tastes the same pretty much everywhere. What makes this place unique... is the employees. I?ve never been here when they weren?t happy and just having a good time. I wouldn?t call it a good ambiancebecause corporate America turns everything into a mickymouse circus. Ordered an online to get food faster. Had to wait over 20 minutes with many others getting their food prior. Employees stated... food would be right up. Cancelled order now having to go through the trouble of contacting customer service for refund. Read more

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Hannah! We ordered with DoorDash and the driver grabbed the wrong order and delivered to... me. When I called the store Hannah answered and she knew exactly what happened because the ?other? Lori was in store for herpick up order and I could tell she was not being pleasant to Hannah about the mix up. Poor Hannah sounded so stressed and busybut was super nice and took my number and promised to call me back . In the meantime I contacted DoorDash and explained thesituation. I opted to get a refund for the order. Hannah called back and said she also spoke with DoorDash and my order wasrefunded but she wanted to make it right so she had our sandwiches remade and delivered to our house! Totally unexpected andvery appreciated for sure. Well on top of that when we got our order, not only was there a nice note from Hannah but 2 sub cardsas well ! Hannah truly exemplifies great customer service and you are very blessed to have such a wonderful person working foryour company. This is a high energy Jersey Mike's. The young people here work at a faster pace than average. They talk fast. They think fast.... They speak clearly. Someone has explained to these kids how to talk to customers and the importance of hard work. The FamousPhilly was perfect. Seating area was clean. Low foot traffic on a Saturday afternoon. Despite the lack of crowding andcleanliness of the store inside, I recommend getting delivery. The speed of this sandwich operation caused me to chew slightlyfaster then normal. Parking won't be a problem at this location. If you experience a problem here, good chance the problem isyou. Papa John's Pizza is next door on the left and there is a brewery next door to the right, where you are allowed to bring infood like pizza and sandwiches. Read more

Service WAS HORRIBLE. Sandwich was good but when I say customer service isn't top priority that's the nicest way to put it. If I... didn't have my friend with me I would have given 1 star. He was trying to be funny and made some comments about he glad I wasthe one complaining and not him. But my complaints were reasonable in my opinion but I get eye rolls and mumbles under breathes.Very unprofessional and disrespectful. At the end of the day I will NOT bring my business back to the Jersey Mike's. Read more
