Used the curbside option and arrived at 6:55. At 7:25, 30 MINUTES later, went o the door to check if they may have forgotten my... order... The person who I talked to told me there was a back up, but they didn't miss the order... AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TELLME, "IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT, GO AROUND THE DRIVE-THROUGH LIKE EVERYONE ELSE" I then said, this is a service provided by yourestablishment. If you can't maintain that service, you should not say it's available! Then when I asked for a comment card, irowners card they told me to get in my car.... THEN they brought out the food of a a different curbside order to car that wasthere for about 15 minutes. AT THE SAME TIME AS MY SONS ORDER which tells me, THEY DID SKIP/MISS MY ORDER to begin with!!! Pulled into drive thru at 745am, ordered a frappe. I was told they were unable to make smoothies or frappes cuz the machine was... being cleaned and would have to come back in 2 hours. I asked to speak to manager. I pulled into one of the mobile order spotsand ordered a frappe in curbside. Someone came out and said I would have to wait 20 mins. @820am someone brings out a completelymelted frappe. Not sure what the issue was? Not open until 11! I'm here right now at 1030 PM on Wednesday and they are 100% closed. The sign is turned off and the drive... thru is blocked off. I'm new the area and it seems that virtually every McDonald's I've visited late at night is not openduring the hours listed! Editing this review to add that the business hours were confirmed to be open until 11pm AFTER I postedthis review so I went last night at 1030 (Sep 8 2022) and McDonald's was closed. This places offers a predictable hamburger experience. Flavor profiles are mostly salt and grease. If your life is too... unpredictable, with many ups and downs, and you want to count on something familiar, you can't go wrong with a vanilla softserve ice cream cone and french fries. Dip your fries in the ice cream -- makes for a great treat after swimming in a lake. Read more
This place is not good to visit. I had to wait 30 mins for two spicy DLX crispy sandwich 10 Chicken nuggets order... I asked... them why it was taking so long, and they told me there low on chicken. While I was starting there and them packing the ordersfor the drive-through even though I was there for 30 mins. Which was just annoying, And their attitude was just incredible. Theywere cursing at another customer while there was a toddler and my sister, who was six years old. When I asked them not to, theystarted talking back. They run out of ice-cream and shakes, a lot. I went there 2 Sundays in row to get ice-creams and shakes for 4 and they were out... of them both times. One Sunday was around noon and a Sunday later around 7pm. What are the odds. Of course I was in drive-thruand stuck there for few minutes. They could do better. I will still eat there because most of the crew is nice. I also want tomention like many other reviews this place will takes long time to complete your order. I will still go there. Read more
The staff who took my order was super rude. I just ordered a kid meal for my daughter around 6:30pm today and he/she never... responded. Been waiting for few minutes while she?s still taking orders from the other lane. Driving up to the window because Ididn?t know what to do ( and few more cars waiting behind me), I said that he/she's not finished taking my order. Without sorryor at least giving a reason for the impolite interruption, he/she just simply asked what I want (didn?t even look at me). Howrude she was??? If you do not satisfied with your job, do something else instead of being rude to your customer. Used to work inthe customer service industry, I know it?s never been easy. Not very friendly. One worker actually got smart with my 67 yr old dad and should have lost his job. My 5 yr old daughter was in... the car with us and was scared. Just wanted to go home. But dude definitely should have been FIRED!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MCDONALDS IT LOOKS VERY POOR ON U AND UR NAME FOR THE TYPE OF EMPLOYEES YOU HIRE AND LET REPRESENT YOUR NAME ON A DAILY BASIS!!!
