One of the only McDonald's in the Kent area that's actually open until 11pm so that's a win in my book. As far as an actual... review goes, it's McDonald's so there's no surprises. It's exactly what you expect, have had nothing but good experiences withservice, food quality and amounts)l using drive thru. Never actually eaten inside. The one on Petrovitsky says they are openuntil 11pm but every single time I've gone (as recent as 1 month ago) they have been closed after 10. Not even worth the tripanymore. Read more
Extremely long wait in drive thru. The computer order menu inside is not user friendly to pick combo meals so I went back to... drive thru. I wanted a cheeseburger ketchup only and they made regular when I sent it back then unwrapped it on the road theburger had a bite outta it already. I was really angry about the whole experience. Never got my money back because I had totravel away and they didn't give me my receipt. Read more
Only giving 1 star to maybe get managements attention. Hours on Google are wrong. Says 6AM, but it?s 7AM for the drive through... and 8AM for indoors. I got there at 6 and saw employees getting ready to open, but thought they were behind schedule. To preventupsetting customers, and protecting your employees from taking the blame from grumpy people just waking up, simply fix the hoursof operation on Google. Normally I do not like to say negative things about places but this is one of those rare occasions that I am so dismayed I have... to. I have gone to this place several times in the last 2 weeks ordering from the mobile menu and picking up at mobile spotexcept once I tried the mobile app and drive thru pick up. My orders have been super simple ice cream and iced coffee to whichthey have messed up the ice coffee every single time and I've had to go back and fix it once time twice. I wouldn't be sobothered but you customize the order so it's there for them to read. How do you mess up an order that tells you everythingrequested and what you don't want. I wrote McDonald's and told them my experience but did not hear back. I won't be going backto that one even though it's closest to where my aunt is in the hospital I'd rather go 3 miles out of the way to get my orderright. Maybe they should try reading the order so as to not mess up and make a person have to come back wasting time and money. Read more
I wasn?t able to catch his name, but he was the order taker at the window. I wonderful black gentleman. He was very friendly and... went the extra mile for me! Edited after a year: please read below the original review. Come on! Stop selling large fries if you will just fill it half.. I... am getting a medium fries but paying for a large one!!! These is constantly.. as in! Will update this review, will try orderagain there for the 100th times and see if it will change. What you see is what you don?t get. Update after a year of theabove?s review: Nothing changes, they are very constant in giving half filled large french fries, i bought 4 fries today, wheni open the bag when i got home i took picture right away so i can show you. It?s ok to pay $16 worth for these item. But i hopethey really need to work on filling the correct size. It?s so disappointing!!! it?s not what i paid for. Read more
Always go before work after 10pm, and they are always open, the staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh. Service is fast... too! Much better than the 24h McDonald's nearby. Every time I've been here it's been a pleasant experience and the food hasbeen great. Read more
