It's a Panera, just like all the rest. I don't typically give more than 3 stars for chain restaurants unless there's something... particular about the specific location. What I do appreciate about this one in the Landing is that they don't hassle you if youcontinue to stay and talk with friends long after the meal. They do have free WiFi, but it's not the greatest. But I really likethe soups and sandwiches. There's still a good variety enough for diverse palettes. And the location is great. Easy to find whenplanning to meet friends. Read more

They were out of stock on several menu items. I ordered a salad knowing it would come without the mandarin oranges because they... were out of stock. My favorite sandwich was also out of stock so I tried a new one. Wow! See photo. Not enough bread to actuallyeat as a sandwich, I had to eat it with a fork and knife once I got home. The turkey was in clumps. :( Dine in if you want awell made sandwich. Read more

Every single employee in Panera today around 12:30 was so nice. I don't know why it struck me but each one we encountered... interacted in some way that was pleasant - either in actual work to perfectly complete our order to go or just in general witheye contact and a smile or comment. The whole vibe felt like most people there were either authentically enjoy their work orare savvy enough to be able to fake - both are no small thing :) Read more

Very good place to enjoy a quick meal, or coffee hot,or iced. Or cold drinks. It has good happy vibe. Enjoyable quiet atmosphere

My new go-to place for online work, good coffee and a nice pastry. Impressed with the cleanliness, the staff and improved menu... items. Have been in Panera Bread cafes all over the country in the past year. This is one of my favourites. Was impressed, afterthe third day that the staff member TJ serving me remembered my name (before I ran my card) and what I had the other two days."Would you like the orange scone again today, Liam?" Looks like management is good to their staff and morale is good. Read more

I don?t go to Panera because I really dislike how you do your ordering. They are simply too slow if you stand in line and you... need to use the Kiosk. The menu is complicated enough that the order line turns into the equivalent of ?Decaf Medium RoastLatte, half cream half milk 1 Splenda 1 sugar cane only ?? well I hope you get my point. Read more

It had been a while since I went to Panera and I was disappointed with my experience this time. The Caesar salad was incredibly... minimal with tasteless lettuce, no croutons or Parmesan, and a dollop of dressing not mixed in. The 1/2 grilled cheese was apiece of ordinary white bread and what looked/tasted like melted cheese squares. In the past I remember being given a gala appleon the side, but this time it was a grainy red apple. Over $10 not well spent. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. Read more

Friendly staff but food is below average. Sad salad and regular tuna sandwich. No wonder people eat at home more often than... outside. Price is fair tho. There are a lot more better choices around so won?t be coming back here for sure. Read more
