Horrible experience. Took over an hour to get my pizza delivered. They told me the door dash driver hadn?t picked up the pizza... yet and I told them I could pick it up, when I get there they had given the pizza to the driver. Rude customer service. Over charged my card and pizza was absolutely disgusting!!! Cold, chewy, sauce was like ketchup.. why... still in business. Please just shut down and let a hard working pizza shop take your place. Read more

I ordered carryout online for one large pizza because delivery wasn't available even though my house is 15 minutes away in the... middle of the suburbs. Order time said 22-32 minutes. I come pick it up 30 minutes later. Sit in the car for 5 minutes waitingfor them to do the contactless carry out. Nothing. I go inside. Guy said it's in the oven and it'll be out in 5. 5 minutes goesby. Nothing. I go back inside. The same guy says my pizza wasn't even made yet. I'm a pretty patient person but this annoyed meenough to write a review. Everything seemed disorganized and dirty inside. Don't say one thing when it's the complete opposite.Never going to this Papa Johns again. Read more
Buyer beware: this location uses Doordash as its delivery service. That's right it lacks in house drivers. This also means that... your order may never show up, as has happened to me. Another amazing thing about this store is that you get "connected" to amanager when you ask, but the phone either rings off the hook or you get blasted with an advertisement while trying to solveyour issue. Little guy with tattoos need to pay more attention with what he's doing. I came in to pickup my order. There was no one at the... register but there were 6 people at the back and one customer waiting. I waited 10 minutes when the guy with tattoos finallydecided to help me after casually walking around talking to various workers. Told him that the app said my order was ready andafter quickly through the many food that was on the ready shelf he says my order is not ready. A couple of minutes later themanager comes up and talks to the first customer and low and behold his order has been sitting on the ready shelf all along. So,I approached the manager to gel help and sure enough he also found my order already sitting on the shelf as well. Don't let thelittle guy with tattoos help you. I was hesitant to order from here after reading the reviews but I tried it anyway. I did pick up since they seem to have issues... with delivery. I ordered two pizzas and they were cooked at least, although dough was overly thin lol was kinda weird. One wasmissing a topping even though it was listed on the order, in the confirmation and on the box they gave it to me in, not a bigdeal i guess other than paying for it. The workers definitely seem to not be happy working there. Honestly, with everyone hiringthey could leave and get something they like more but whatever, not my circus not my monkeys as they say! Pizza was good in theend but I will stick with local Angelo's pizza! Read more
