Every time I go here, I'm disappointed in their customer service. I learned early on that they always screw up online/delivery... orders, but they get it right in person. However, their lack of customer service skills is mildly infuriating every time, evenif you ignore their terrible take on an assembly line. It seems their management doesn't care about treating their customerswell, as long as they meet the minimum requirements of the franchise. I'd stop going but I find myself craving the sandwichesand this location is closest. Read more

I love this place and usually have no issues. Tonight I got the wrong order even though it had my name on it and didn't realize... it until I got home. What I ordered was a "wreck"-turkey, roast beef , salami, Swiss, tomato, mayo and seasoning, etc. what Ireceived was plain turkey, seasoning, no cheese or condiments with dry bread. I could only call for any order issues and when Idid the phone rang several times and no answer. This is after I worked a 12 hour work shift so I was too tired to go back. Read more
Let?s start with the good! Food was excellent. I enjoyed a half Turkey Breast sandwich with all the fixin?s as well as a half... Mediterranean salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette- again excellent. The reason for the loss of two stars- the process of orderingand the customer service. It wasn?t clear when it was my turn to order and the woman behind the counter seemed bothered. Sheasked for my order, then I moved down the line and the second person asked me the exact same thing the first person did about myorder. Then when it was time to pay, the person who originally took my order but didn?t actually take my orderwas ringing me up,but it wasn?t clear she was doing so, so I did this awkward half stand between the two registers. Lol. Then she handed me a badwith only the sand which in it and said the salad would be done soon. It was finished shortly after and they handed me thesalad, fork, and cup of dressing. So I took it and put it in the bag they had already handed me while I was still standing atthe register. Haha! Overall the people working just seemed not to want to be there. Read more
It was my first time at this restaurant, because of COVID everything is different now, so I ordered by phone and came to pick up... my order, great customer service, very fast, and easy, food was delicious, great sandwiches, definitely will be back, highlyrecommended. Read more
Deserves the 5 out of 5. Fast service, affordable prices and delicious food. Pick your pair with the "Wreck". Add peppers. Then... you can either choose Mac n cheese with different toppings or soups. Must try. Read more
I had a Mediterranean salad ???? with balsamic vinaigrette with good ingredients like hummus and feta cheese ???? but unlike the... sandwiches that are made fresh the salads are pre packed. It would be better if they could have all the prepared ingredientsbehind the glass and you could choose your own. Lovely place great service, HUGE pickles ???? Read more
Food is okay but please work out a better online order system! There?s no reason to be serving the entire line while making... customers wait 20 minutes past their order time just to give them a sloppy sandwich. We order ahead because we only have 30minutes for lunch :( Read more
