The employees are amazingly nice, but it's still a corporate garbage coffee chain.
Messed up our order, giving it to other people and we had to wait so long ~20 mins, and they were so sorry to the other customer... and offered them free drinks under our watch.. it happens and hence the one star. Read more

I love this store the atmosphere. Very family oriented. The baristas who work there especially the managers. Wow! They are... compassionate and quick they have built a perfect team in my eyes.
