They have several employees that refuse to fill my venti cup of the brown sugar oat-milk espresso. I order it the same, light... ice or no ice and it?s only 3/4 full. When I ask for more they refused except ice. With this drink at $6.00 dollars I amdumbfounded! Since when is the customer refused? I have called the main office and asked for the store DM to call me?.stillwaiting! What a joke! Read more

Messed up our order, giving it to other people and we had to wait so long ~20 mins, and they were so sorry to the other customer... and offered them free drinks under our watch.. it happens and hence the one star. Read more

I love this store the atmosphere. Very family oriented. The baristas who work there especially the managers. Wow! They are... compassionate and quick they have built a perfect team in my eyes. Even though the line may seem long it goes by superfast!. My fav was and are the MEDICINE BALLS AND REFRESHERS ! You guys speed up recovery time with that drink BRING ITBACK! Read more

Yummy coffee. Try a Venti White Mocha with Brown sugar syrup. 3 pump's of each flavoring. It's actually really good. Bacon Gouda... sandwich is delicious. Read more

This store gets an A+++ in every category. Friendliness, speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and quality. I've never been met by... someone who wasn't friendly at the window. I've never had anything but hot coffee and good food and though they get very busy,they sure do move quickly to get you through the line as fast as possible. This store has quality employees and a STAR manager.I adore Rachelle even though I am sure I am spelling her name wrong. Tip these mindful and friendly workers; they are servingyou the best they possibly can! Read more

Monday morning around 9 A.M my girlfriend and I decided to get some coffee. There's like 7 Starbucks around our home but we... chose to go to this one. We got our coffee's, everyone was super friendly and we got our stuff super fast, but then, horrorstruck. We drove to our home 15 minutes away and as we got out of the car the lid came off of my coffee and exploded all over meand my driveway. I was frustrated and upset but I still wanted my coffee so we got back in the car and drove back to theStarbucks. We arrived and I went inside and Phillip was there to assist immediately, he could already tell by the state of mycup and clothes what happened. I explained what happened in detail and offered to pay for a new one but he rang it up exactlythe same as I had ordered now 30 minutes prior and said that there was no charge. Like I said, I was completely willing to payfor another one, but the fact that he was so quick to rectify my issue and make sure that I had a good experience was 11/10!Take notes Management, this is an exceptional employee who takes remarkable care of his customers and I will definitely bereturning to this Starbucks for my future morning fixes!
