I love this place normally ... I think they need help and I'm positive they will .. black and white mocha doesn't get caramel... normally so if the customer says no I do not want caramel that means please do not put it in my drink ... I was here a few days ago. The food & drinks were what was expected. When the register system went, we all had to wait for it to... reboot. That was a little frustrating, but not their fault (power surge?). How the staff handled it was what impressed me. I wasmostly wanting to get out if the way of the people in line behind me, but my transaction was incomplete. I owed $.14. Not a bigdeal to them or me, but I wanted to make sure it was completed & that my card balance didn't zero out or anything. (You neverknow with power surges.) When their system was back up, we finished the transaction & I got a big thanks from the staff. Theykept their heads on straight, & kept the people in line informed of what was happening.
