I love this place normally ... I think they need help and I'm positive they will .. black and white mocha doesn't get caramel... normally so if the customer says no I do not want caramel that means please do not put it in my drink ... I was here a few days ago. The food & drinks were what was expected. When the register system went, we all had to wait for it to... reboot. That was a little frustrating, but not their fault (power surge?). How the staff handled it was what impressed me. I wasmostly wanting to get out if the way of the people in line behind me, but my transaction was incomplete. I owed $.14. Not a bigdeal to them or me, but I wanted to make sure it was completed & that my card balance didn't zero out or anything. (You neverknow with power surges.) When their system was back up, we finished the transaction & I got a big thanks from the staff. Theykept their heads on straight, & kept the people in line informed of what was happening. Worst way to get new customers. I looked there was a highlight about the barista working and it said, " I don't like black... cats". Since it was such a negative I chose not to purchase coffee there. Doesn't even sound like a good person when the thingthey want to say a out themselves is a dislike. No money from me, I'll go to another Starbucks. Read more
I came in this morning to order my coffee. I was the first customer when I walked in and I ordered my grande white mocha. I... wasn?t almost about 25 minutes and still did not get my order yet and other people behind me all got their order. I asked thestaff when I came in first and still not get my order yet. The staff replied me back u are not the first one there are someonein front of you. I made sure with people behind me am I the first one. They say yes. The staff have a really bed attitudeinstead of admitted her mistake by mess of the orders. This make me a really bad day. It caused me I can?t catch the bus and Icome work late. Starbucks is not very good quality coffee. Tastes Burnt! *Edit: ths review is meant to universally apply to all Starbucks, not... just the one in Renton. End Edit* I just go there when I'm absolutely desperate and sometimes prefer gas station coffee tostarbucks. *Edit: While I understand any business's legit liability concerns, I take issue with their flagrantly bogusdisclaimer printed on their cups which reads as follows: "Caution! The beverage you are about to enjoy is Extremely Hot!" Wellhow can I enjoy it if it isn't even hot? Luke warm at best most of the time...End Edit* I just hope Howard doesn't run for prez.Also, Starbuck was a huge disappoinment in Moby Dick. He walked past the loaded musket case, even pondered his opportunity totake command of the ship from a madman. But he didn't do it. Lame.
