Reminds me of a episode of Kitchen Nightmares, where the owner is clearly focused on squeezing every cent out of customers... rather than good service. Obvious vicious cycle in the service industry. This starts with a "No Coupons Sign" in large font infront of the cash register that otherwise tarnishes the nice remodel that was done several years ago. The owner was in thestore at the time watching the employees, who were clearly in an aggravated mood and not patient at all as we tried to chooseour sandwiches. It's a shame in this neighborhood that I call home, but suppose I'll need to travel further to other locationsto get my subway fix in the future. Read more

This experience was TERRIBLE. These 2 teenagers were serving me with the WORST attitude, and when I asked for toasted bread that... said it was gonna be charged as a veggie starter??? I didn?t hear them and she yelled at me to pick my bread. The whole time iwas being served they had attitude and they NEED TO BE FIRED. Read more
Apparently they close at 8 pm instead of 9 pm. I placed an online order. Said order should be ready by 8:35 pm. Went there at... 8:30 and they were closed?! I was able to speak to an employee and all the person said is ?if the order is placed before 8 andit goes through the system then we got the order, but since it?s already closed we didn?t get the order.? Well subway needs tolearn to figure out a way to turn off the online/mobile ordering system (like Starbucks) to prevent orders going through whenthey?re already closed. Read more

Super new style Subway with fancy TV menu boards and all new layout. Great looking and great service. Food was fresh, the... lettuce was not really fresh and green, more like pre-ripe and white. Overall, good experience though. Read more
I work across the street at LA Fitness and the time that they close is not accurate. They really need to update!!! Closing time... is 8 p.m. but on Google maps and their app it's 9 pm. I ordered something thinking I was going to be able to receive it andwalked over but they were closed! Smh most subways close at 10pm...get with the times. ???????? They're also a bit over pricedthen other Subways. I would also agree with Ivy's review below ???? mine, the staff are terrible with bad attitudes! They don'ttake coupons either.
