I ordered the italian mozzarella cheeseburger combo and a classic chicken combo. We are moving and we?re just picking it up... because it was on the way and we are both tired from working over night then moving houses. When we got home we found that BOTHof our sandwiches were wrong. What the heck! Didn?t realize I had to check the burgers right there and then before leavingdrive-thru. Not cool at all. Went last night to grab some food, and as I expected, my order was wrong again. Every time I visit this wendys, I never get what... I ordered. Had to cuss them out behind a simple request I made when I ordered. Plz put onions on the burger, they failed twice.Plz hire someone who knows how to listen to your customers needs. For the most part they do a good job at this location. Besides their promotions, they never have the new items. Drove all this... way for the peppermint frosty and was decliend! Read more

The guy working drive through was wicked nice. I ame through between 11 20 pm and 1140 pm. He was younger and had black hair... small afro. Beautiful smile ????. They had a bit of a rush but were moving quickly. I appreciate you guys! Read more

I never do bad reviews but it must be done here. 0 stars. Ordered on the mobile app. Get there? The doors are locked it?s... 6:45??? Go to the mobile order pick up spot, no way to check in??? We call no answer, the drive thru line is out to the street.So an associate comes out to leave and I asked her how to pick up the mobile orders and she said you have to go through thedrive through? ummm doesn?t that defeat the purpose of the mobile order. Okay so I called again and she answered so angry,?WENDY?S!? I said ? I have a mobile order and she yelled at me and said you called twice for a mobile ORDER?!? No you gotta gothrough the drive through like everybody else.? We would have but the whole experience was rediculous and she was sorude. Unnecessary and unacceptable. I never write reviews but when you mess up twice Im upset. I ordered 2 biggies bags one with a crispy chicken sandwich and one... with a Jr bacon cheese burger. Got all the way home and when I went to eat I saw they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of a Jrbacon cheese burger. I would have just eaten it but it looked so unappetizing. It was just chicken with a piece of cheese on abun. So I went back to get what I ordered and they gave me a cold Jr bacon cheese burger with a tomato bigger than the patty, anunmelted piece of cheese, cold bacon and there was no lettuce. I wasted my gas to come all the way back and get treated like Idid something wrong. No apology and didn't even care. The line was too long to go back after I looked at my burger. The fries were cold and soggy. Of course you dont find this out till youre on the hiway. I will never buy from this wendys... again. I called the store to talk to the manager but hes not in. This wendys food is bad. False advertizing at its best. Read more

The drive thru today (September 18th,2022) was pretty long! So I'm expecting for there to be a mishap with the order because... that's what happens when it gets busy and with fast food BUT they surpassed my expectations and did a flawless job. Definitelyone of the best locations I've been to within the last 5 years of living in the area. Read more
