DO NOT GO HERE!! Especially if you are hungry. Go to any location other than this one. This one is super super slow and ran by... idiots. So many people standing around in the kitchen it took over an hour for 15 wings. 3 separate walk in orders got theirfood before I did and they ordered 15 min after I did. This is a chain restaurant i frequent & this particular location was extremely disappointing. The food i usually love, missed... the mark this time. My wings were cooked inconsistently. Some still raw some overcooked. I order two flavors and one came outpiping hot and the other cold to touch (assuming they were repurposed/some that they had on hand when i ordered). The food tookabojt average time to prepare but my number was never called and it was left for me to sort thru and find. When i did, the frieswere too cold to enjoy so i asked that they be remade and was met with a scold. As i go to enjoy my wings, i can clearly seethey made the wrong flavor. I tried to manage and simply ask for some extra parm to resolve my issue and they insisted i pay forthe cheese even though they were out of thr sauces I originally requested. Me and a few other patrons were frustrated by theservice and the wait. The entire staff is in the back, all smiles. Hanging around, laughing and dancing while orders pile up. Ilikely wont return. Their employee Scott was extremely rude. No customer service training at all. Not only was he rude to every other person present... in this location. In our observations he was too busy on his personal cell texting then acknowledging any customer present. Read more
Disgusting but the food was decent, I wasn't even going to write a review but they really finessing me. Ordered about $95 stuff... but they really out here forgetting to add certain stuff into the bag. We ordered to-go but the person taking our order wascoughing without a mask (mask or no mask up to you if you wear one. We did since we got Covid-19 once and that experience wasn'tnice) the problem was they were walking to the back and to the front spreading it everywhere and now the tables, mad nasty thefloor too. The table we sat at was super sticky. Overall this place lacked how clean it was. Great place. Clean I ordered online food was done in 20 minutes. There was no option for bbq sauce as my dip so I explained to... the lady and she let me keep the ranch and gave me bbq that was awesome. Very please haven?t got to my food just yet but I wasvery happy with the customer service. They were out in the lobby cleaning up it was quiet and peaceful she greeted me in andout. Awesome ???? Yesterday was National Wing Day ... seriously didn?t know this was a thing. My sister suggested we hit up Wing Stop! It was a... busy night for a Monday, they disabled the online ordering service. We rolled up to this popular location late at night; stillbusy. Service was fantastic, and friendly despite the chaos. Made the difference for me.
