Friendly. Ice cream was good but the chocolate it too thick.
Although this franchise has aced the welcoming interiors and good service...they have seriously failed in maintaining the... respectability that real chocolatiers deserve. I cannot call a product that has ingredients like wheat, sorbitol and soylecithin...a chocolate treat. It was unfortunate that I only read the ingredients once I got home...what a dissapointment. Ican only hope that more consumers let this company know that you can't keep destroying the integrity of chocolate this way. Sorry to be so harsh. Great ice cream dipped in chocolate. Lots of interesting flavours. Many flavours have changed over the years; and I miss the... strawberry ice cream that you could once dip (instead of the vanilla); but still as yummy in the tummy as when they firstappeared. Read more
