Every time I order through skip or Uber they take forever to prepare the food. Right now it?s been 1h30m since I?ve been waiting... for my food. I called the restaurant and the driver, they both said the same thing .. The order is still not ready. A chickendoesn?t take 1h30 to cook. The lineup on this restaurant is always so long. Terrible service, they didn't have the order ready by the time it was supposed to be ready, I had to wait for it with some... unfriendly staff judging me because I only know very basic French, telling me that if I didn't know French, what was I doing inQuebec? When they spoke with my wife over the phone, who is someone who does know French, they walked away complaining andmumbling, and left her talking to herself. I was even worried they would spit on my food because they were so upset at me! Theorder was not even complete! So many things done wrong. If I could I would give 0 stars... Terrible customer experience. Will not go back and would not recommend. The staff member at the counter was VERY rude. This is... not the first time this person was rude to customers and I am very disappointed to see that nothing has changed. Two items weremissing from my order: 1 poutine and 1 drink. The food quality was extremely substandard. The chicken was very overcooked, dryand burnt. The food tasted like it had been sitting there all day. My friend who picked up his online order at the same time asme was told his order was nowhere to be found. He showed the staff member the email receipt and his credit card statementshowing the transaction was completed successfully but the staff member said there was nothing they can do and they can?t givehim his order that he already paid for! He was then asked to go place a new order (and pay again!) in the drive thru becauseapparently you can?t order at the counter!? Where is the logic in that? Once in the drive thru, he was told that they had nomore chicken! Why did they tell him to go to the drive thru then!? After that, we left in complete and utter disbelief at how wehad been treated and you can be sure we will not be back. Overall, very disappointed at the sad and blatant disregard forcustomer service.
