If they ever had my favorite flavor in stock more than once every three months, they would get five stars.

This is the worst place in Republic to get ice cream! Move on so we can actually get someone who wants to sell product on the... menu! You didn't make a 30.00 sell today! Read more

Ordered a single scoop of orange sherbet. They give us some weird raspberry orange mix. Also ordered a vanilla shake. That was... like milk with very little ice cream. I also ordered a double scoop of chocolate in a cake cone. Was loosely packed and no icecream down in the cone and was Dripping on me when they handed it out the window. We drove over from Springfield. It was it awasted trip. And a bad experience. Will not be returning Read more

After working all day long, we decided to stop by for some ice cream. Your website says the store closes at 8 p.m. and we... arrived at 7:45 p.m., unfortunately we were told are you only sell cookies and cakes but no ice cream. While she was removingthe tubs from the freezer. Thankfully they just opened and Andy's up the street. BTW, they appreciate your lack of service. Read more

I was sadly disappointed in my visit tonight to this store. The choice of dipped ice cream was poor. No selection to pick from.... The person serving us seemed to be more interested in talking to someone on her ear bud then really caring if we were served. Tobe an ice cream shop and not have ice cream and on top of that having no waffle cones it was a very dissatisfying trip. Alsowhat ice cream there was tasted freezer burnt. It was my daughters birthday and she was looking forward to having ice cream. Weare wishing we had gone to another place. Read more

I went here with some family and as soon as we walked in, there was a man cleaning the area, and he gave us a nasty look. He... just sat down as in we were invading his mopping time or something and was glaring at us the whole time we were in there. Westarted looking at the ice creams and they only had about 10-12 flavors. Somebody had told me they used to have 31 flavors. Verydisappointing experience... But even the woman who was working to take our order, was all tired and did NOT look pleased to seeus. We only received a vErY small amount of ice cream in our single scoop cups and it was just overall disappointing. The totalcame to about 7 dollars for just two scoops of ice cream.. Once we left, we agreed that we should have just turned around andleft the moment we walked in. Read more

I'll give them a slight break here as we walked in at 7:40 and the close at 8. But once we got in there was one group ahead of... us. There were 3 people behind the counter and 1 of them assisting customers. The other 2, I'm guessing here, because I honestlydon't know, but may have been working on closing chores. But last time I checked, if a customer is in your store, they are thepriority. But hey maybe not. We were also informed that due to it being near closing time that they may not be able to makecertain things. So I guess if your store closes at 8 then we should not be able to order whatever we want up until that point? So then after my family orders and I'm ready to pay, I'm informed that the one lobby facing register isn't open, so they have totake my credit card around the corner and do I know what everyone in my party ordered. Nope, no I don't. Sorry, but thats on youto remember, not me. Then the proceed to ask everyone to leave because they have to close. I mean it likely would have taken awhole 5-10 minutes for everyone to finish their ice cream. So a couple of suggestions. 1. If there's 3 employees in the storehave all of them assisting customers. 2. Have the lobby register open, if the store is open. 3. Have some simple, old fashionedcourtesy. I don't think that's too much to ask. Needless to say, I won't be going back any time soon. Read more
