Great people, always great place to stop.
Stopped in for a couple drinks. Store was busy. Only 1 cashier. 2-3 people in the kitchen laughing and joking around. Cashier... went back because he needed some help with his register, Roberta came out helped him with that. But didn?t open up anotherregister even tho there were 6 people in line waiting. Read more
It wass easy to get to. I was able to get my gas & my snacks. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.
We ordered pizza and they got it wrong. I called and the young man was very polite and realized where he made the mistake. He... made me a new one and even called me when it was ready. When I got there, the man was apologizing again and thanked me for notcussing him. It is so sad that we as humans will belittle and degrade someone who is doing us a favor. One of the worst pizzas I have had. The closest tasting pizza to the rhs cafeteria pizza, I have had from a store or restaurant.... The grease on the pizza was dripping crust was tough and tasteless sausage had a bad taste and sauce wasn't present in slices. Read more
Fine for gas, but not great for pit stop food. Also, many people that come in here have no mask at all, which doesn't feel safe.... I'd rather go somewhere else, although Republic has no mask mandate and most don't consistently wear one in this town. Read more
Customer Service is not a thing here. I waited in front of the kitchen to ask for a slice of pizza off the warming turntable. ... I would have gotten it myself if not for the sign on top of it that said to ask a team member to get it. I tried to flag theguy in the kitchen down. He didnt seem to notice me. So I waited in line behind a couple of people and asked the large beardedgentlemen behind the counter of he would mind grabbing it for me. He replied that a line had formed ( of 3 people) and I wouldhave to go ask the man in the kitchen to get it and go to the back of the line... you kidding me...? The lack of customerservice was disgusting to me. I left and went to Kum & Go. Where they know how to treat people. Read more
The people are pleasant and friendly. The only fault is that Casey's does not carry 91 rated gas for the truck. So we get a... lot of stuff there...but not gas on a reg basis Read more
