We just visited the store in republic at 756 us-60. We ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches 2 with no egg and 2 regular. When we got... home they all had egg. So we drove back to get this fixed. The worker there was less then helpful she took the bag and checkedto see if all 4 had eggs, I'm pretty sure she thought I wasn't being truthful. She opened all 4 sandwiches and spread them apart(no gloves on) and took 2 sandwiches and said "do you want me to take the egg off for you? Or?" I said no "so you want me toremake them?" By the far the worse butter pecan drink I?ve ever had and the service was terrible. One of my life?s had coffee leaking from it... and got on my white shirt and ruined my day. The coffee was terrible and the server was rude. Absolutely do not recommend thislocation to anyone. Read more

Bought this nitro today. As you can see it's a little over half full. I brought this to the attention of an employee, and they... said that's how nitro is and didnt fix the problem. Ordered two 16 oz lattes but they tried giving me two 12 oz cups, then went on to defend their knowledge when I argued that... those were not 16 oz cups. They wouldn't provide a refund but made it in the correct size, but only put about 12 oz worth ofdrink in them. Never buying coffee from this Dunkin Donuts again. Read more
