You always advertise hot and ready? Well yesterday when me and my family stopped by to pick up a pizza and bread sticks the... store only had a cheese pizza that tasted like it was a day old and we had to wait for the bread sticks. Picked up pizza for my daughter; on the way home she tried to eat a slice, but it would not separate from the box. The entire... pizza was stuck to the cardboard and wasn't even able to peel it off. She called them and his first response was, "... yeah, werealized it after you left, that we gave you an old pizza." I immediately went back to return and he handed me a new pizza andsaid, "have a good day." This is not what customer service looks like. Read more
Just wanted to say how amazing the guy working today was! I called when I was leaving Springfield from my work it?s a 15 minute... drive, I told them I wanted five hot and ready pizzas and he tells me it?s going to be about 25 minutes. I arrive to LittleCaesars in Republic after a 15 minute drive and he tells me my pizza is ready to go. Super fast service and a great smile youbetter promote this young man! Waited 36 mins on 4 pizzas and 2 crazy breads 2 thin crust extra most crappiest! Each one only had between 16 and 18 pepperonis... on them! Got home and and the crazy bread was crazy uncooked dough! Tried to call them and the call goes straight to a voicemailno phone number on the receipt and no concerns or comments! Should have spent 10 dollars more and got real pizza or 20 less andgot Totinos! I love little Caesars but the one in republic never cooks the pizzas fully. Each time I go in they're not cooked enough. The... manager said it's new dough that doesn't brown as much but the cheese and topping aren't cooked fully either. This must be theonly location with "special dough" because the other ones cook them normal. I forgot to add that the pizza is not cut either. Read more
Absolute Worse Experience (I would Recommend everyone to take your business else where ) - I?ve been a customer of little... ceasers for 10+ Years now - Came In At 1:30 PM To order a Crazy Combo Cooked to Order - Worker Refused to Cook me a Fresh, So Itook a seat and called Little Ceasers Customer Service Hotline to try to get my issue resolved - Couple minutes later I was toldto leave since they wouldn?t want to make a me a fresh crazy combo I was still on hold with customer service the lady working onshift who was wearing glasses told me to leave or else she would call the cops I told her to go ahead and call the cops, coupleminutes later two cops show up I talked to them about what was going on they where both surprised I told the cops to go aheadand watch the camera footage / I talked to Customer Service & Complaint Service Center And Filed Complaints About thisAbsolutely Horrible Situation...
