My partner and I went to eat lunch there today. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and potato soup. The salad was the worst salad... I?d ever seen. First off there was no chicken, only a speck of dressing, not even the right lettuce and maybe 5 croutons. Soupwas just okay. Both of our sodas were flat. Their food was good but mine was a flop. Last time they only gave 2 chips forchicken tortilla soup. Used to eat there all the time but lately it gets worse and worse every time. Read more

Girl at the counter taking orders wasn't friendly. She barely spoke up to where you could hear her. Order sat in the window for... a long time. People were walking up to the counter to get their food because it was taking so long. Their orders were sitting inthe window, waiting. One girl was cleaning tables while the other was taking orders and making drinks. All while orders weresitting in the window. The bacon on my sons baked potato was burnt so bad. It was so black and disgusting.I keep giving thisplace chances but the only thing worth coming for is the tea. Read more
I've got to stop coming here but I keep giving it chances because it's close to work. This location has persistent staffing... issues - it's always understaffed and slow. I order online and give it extra time and STILL I end up standing there as the staffstudiously ignores me for 10 minutes with my food sitting on the counter because they're not willing to get a shelf forcarry-out orders to put out on the unused part of the front counter. Anything served in a cup, like soup, it's 50/50 that itwill not be foul. I haven't run into these problems at other locations. I just really got to stop coming here. Read more
I haven?t eaten here is ages so I decided to stop on my way home. I ordered a simple club with no bacon and no middle layer of... bread with fruit. I got a sloppy club thrown together with still the middle layer and MAYBE 10 piece of fruit in the bottom of afruit cup. $15 for this, I definitely won?t be stopping by again anytime soon! Read more
I eat here quite a bit. Today I went in and placed an order at the front desk and the lady was very rude and had an attitude.... Then about two minutes later a different lady came up to me and asked me if I was waiting on an order and I told her yes. Shethen starts freaking out about not being able to find the order that I just placed. I had to wait about 10 minutes to get myfood which is fine, no big deal. I take it to the car and I noticed that they forgot to give me napkins and a pickle. I wentback in and asked for it nicely and the lady was so rude she had the worst attitude. She rolled her eyes once I came in. Aftershe gives me the stuff I said thank you and she proceeds to say ?whatever?. I just walked out. The food is very tasty and I loveit. But the staff is so rude and they are always grumpy treating people badly. Read more
Kids meal grilled cheese we got it to go and do not live far. Hard as a rock, I think it was made for someone else and had been... sitting. Fruit had the green skin still on and all of it was very sour. Very disappointed in this restaurant. Read more
I arrived at an off peak period around 2:30 and placed my order which I planned on eating there. It seamed to be taking a bit... too long for a cold sandwich and I noticed that a party and couple of walk ins had already been served. I wondered if maybe myorder had gotten misplaced and approached the counter to check. While I was waiting for someone to notice me my order was set onthe pickup window. I returned to my table and waited for my food which didn't come. I approached the counter again and got theattention of one of the employees and asked if that was my order sitting in the window. They checked the number and determinedit was and handed it to me at the counter. I returned to my table to eat my food. I was very dissatisfied with the service. Ihad eaten at Mcalister's before and found the food acceptable but this was my first time at this store. It will also be my last.When I placed my order and put my card in the machine it asked how much I wanted to tip. Why would I tip someone who doesnothing but hand me a platter across the counter? I always tip someone who serves me at my table but in this case the tip wasunjustified and I was annoyed that it would ask for such. Food was good, everything else was just plain bad. Read more
