This was our first trip to Smokey's and we all came away very impressed! The service was excellent, relaxed and timely. The... food was very delicious, with generous portions and served at the perfect temperature, in a timely manner. The highlights forus were the desserts! What other ways are there to cap off fantastic meals than with scrumptious, homemade pies and cakes?! Ask for a box. You will want 1 (or 2) to go...trust me! Loved this place, just happened upon it after leaving the Tiffin Flea Market. WHAT A GEM!! Food, service, atmosphere were spot... on!! Very clean (a must for me), from waitress to bartender to patrons, EVERYONE was friendly. DEFINITELY a return trip in thenear future!! I had fried bologna (very thick) and homemade chips, all excellent, he had burger along with homemade chips, also excellent. If you're in the area, be sure to stop in. This is a quiet small town tavern and restaurant. We sat at the bar with friends and had drinks and dinner. They have a... beautiful bar decorated with pennies. I learned that the owners did it themselves. The wait staff was fun and poured generousdrinks. We all enjoyed our food. We had grilled chicken, pulled pork and a quesadilla.
