Sandwich dry, in drive Thursday. Was not going back to request replacement or correction of sandwich.
Placed an order for dinner using their App. Chose to pickup my order. Went up to the window and told them my name. They said... they did not have my order. I showed it on my phone and the kid behind the counter said they never got it. So I asked to makeit now and he said that they cannot do that because they never got it. He refused. So I left. Slow service and order was partially incorrect, no root bear, then I asked for bottled water they gave me a small water not... bottled and charged me $1 for the cup water. Also there was no barcode on the receipt, so I could apply the purchase to get myrewards points on my carl's jr app! Read more
The cashier gave me my food drench in jalapeno juice. When I gave her the bag back she gave me a plastic bag to put it in. She... seemed a tad mad that they had to remake my order again. The guy cashier was very nice and had excellent customer service skillsthe girl cashier needs to improve her Customer service. Will probably not return to this location. Read more
The price was ridiculously expansive. The reason I am giving this place a one star is that they gave me 4 pieces of chicken... tenders instead of 5. But seriously, What is going on with prices? I bought a shake, onion rings, and a five piece chickentenders and it cost me 18 dollars. Read more

I like this Carls jr. AC works fine, its pretty clean in here. Friendly lady manager. Super fast service. Burger deal for 4.99... is amazing. Huge burger with double cheese for extra $1 - shut up and take my money. Will come here again for sure Read more
