Ordered carryout a couple times and both times the order was done quickly and accurately. I did get a small piece of pineapple... on my mushroom and pepperoni pizza, which I'm not a fan of, but not a huge deal. Useful coupons. Read more
Well.. It is 10:30pm Friday night. Here I'm in front of their shop, ready to pay, wait for my pizza to immediately take and go.... Door is locked despite I see a huge 'Open' sign. There is a sign telling me to ring the bell although I see two guys inside. Idid. One of them came and said they only deliver. I said, look I'm right here. They said they can do it but if only I pay them adelivery fee. Here you go your 'No order' & bad review and 1-star. Read more
They don't just have pizza. The chicken Habanero sandwich and the Italian sandwich are on the is unbelievable. Then, I order... the pasta, The Italian sausage marinara. Oh my goodness gracious, it's an absolute Yum. Read more
I just love how they don't tell me that they don't have wings until after I order them, drive over to pick them up, and then PAY... for them. "Oh, that's the order with wings isn't it?". Every single person who was working here tonight doesn't even deserve tobe making minimum wage at a pizza shop. They should be making half of min wage doing something simple that even they canunderstand. Read more
From what I can see this location has really bad reviews and now I can see why. On 8-23-21 at 6:30 pm my Dominos pizza tracker... said that my pizza was delivered but I had not received anything. I decided to call the store to find out what happened andasked the girl who answered the phone for a refund since I had not received my pizza, she preceded by transferring me to themanager and that?s where my bad experience happened. Once I was transferred to the manager I explained the situation to him andthe error was that my profile had my previous phone number and they that?s why the driver didn?t give me my pizza. After askingfor a refund the manager accused me of playing games with the store and told me that he was going to write my information on myprofile so that I could never order from this store again, being that the previous week I had ordered pizza from this storewithout problems. Of course this made me super upset. This manager doesn?t not have any problem solving skills and instead ofcalming the clients he escalates your level of anger. I called back and asked to talk to the manager again to resolve theissue, again he began being super rude and refused to give me his name and basically hung up on me. They need to train thisperson to be more professional and a better problem solver. He is supposed to be the example of how to problem solve and resolveinconveniences with the deliveries and not to further anger the customers. He then called my previous number that was on theprofile and told me that he was already spoken to my ?husband or boyfriend? in a rude manner and that he didn?t have to explainanything to me. I usually like it but this was a bad night 4 this Domino's pizza. Their app told me it was ready the short heavy set guy took... his time greeting me at the door. Then it got worse he took his time coming back like he forgot about me until I made eyecontact then told me he was waiting on the bread twists. 15 minutes later I got my food and look at the pic! Not happy with the cold food. Not prepared according to notes. Now they charge for parmesan cheese and red peppers. Don?t waste... your time with Domino?s. Go somewhere that has better pizza. Read more
