Good food, bad customer service, preventing this review from being 5 star. a lot of staff is too forceful when telling us a... policy. Placed a large order for take out and asked for extra bread rolls, also offered to pay for them- was told over and overin a very aggressive and unapologetic manner that they can't give out extras because they're for dine in customers only. Iunderstand if something is a policy, but the least you could do is say it nicely and not be rude to someone who's paying forsuch a large order. It costs nothing to be nice and retain a customer who's spending so much money with you. I'm saying thisbecause I hope to keep eating there in the future but I'll be adverse to doing so if this type of behavior continues. I maychange my review if I see an improvement. Overall- my advice to them is be nicer to your customers, since they may not want tocome back otherwise. Read more

Best food! Fresh, tasty and clean. The bakery has a variety of desserts, cookies and cakes. Their breads are the best! The owner... is super nice and always there to make sire things are going well. I love their cookies and coffee. And I definitely recommendgoing there! Read more
Baked goods tasted like chemicals. Very expensive. Salad was great, but either the bread or cheese in the bagel salad had an... awful chemical taste to it. The other baked goods we got for dessert also has a cleaning product or chemical taste to them. Read more
The prices here are outrageously high! They are not honest, they don't put up prices in the bakery area, so they can charge... whatever they want. Be careful! I noticed they charged me $15 for a box of cookies containing only seven cookies. I askedto return it because I believe it is overpriced, but the manager responded with a condescending attitude that they cannot waivethe charge and instead offered me $5 in cash. I left enraged and unhappy. I return home and weigh the package, which weighs 0.5pounds! $15 for a half-pound? No, thank you. This is my first visit, and I will never return. Read more
