The name of the restaurant speaks for itself? I came in and was immediately greeted by Saige she was very nice, even though I... came close to closing time. She was patient and gave me recommendations and I was even able to get a gluten free bun! I wassurprised with the plethora of options and different meats to choose from. Alex was amazing and treated me and my partner likehis own family. The establishment was clean, and employees preparing food wore gloves, which made me feel good. Now, the burgersthat we got? 10/10, we asked for Medium and got MEDIUM, it was perfect! All of the toppings complimented the burger pleased mytaste buds! As you walk in you are ensconced with 90s lite pop music and the smell of freshly grilled hamburgers. Nice sized restaurant and... ample seating is available as it appears most people are doing pickup orders. Everything is made to order and fresh. I had atraditional cheeseburger with hand cut fries. The bun was toasted and soft. The burger was very tasteful but maybe a littlesalty for my taste. Burger was well assembled and not sloppily slapped together. Fries were nice and crispy on the outside andpillowy soft on the inside, perfection. Located in a very busy Herndon/Reston area, parking is limited. Be patient as they arebusy and everything is made to order but nice and hot when you receive it. I can understand why people do pickup orders due tolack of parking, but feel this burger is best enjoyed once it?s made, so recommend taking a seat inside to enjoy it. Read more

I don't impress easily, but I'm impressed by BGR. It's a good looking restaurant. I've had a construction business for 18 years,... and have been a Class A General Contractor since 2011. This place had a high end build-out. From the visible plumbing and HVACto the hidden electrical, it's top notch. Then there's the food. Burgers are all Angus, plus ribeye and shoulder. They havedepictions on a "doneness" chart, and they perform to that standard. Our medium rare burgers were absolute perfection. I had"the works" and my wife had mushroom and Swiss with grilled onions. Alex (an owner) was checking tables and stopped to chat.He's passionate about the business and very proud of what they're doing. Rightfully so. Looking forward to our next visit. Read more

Fantastic experience. The place was clean and inviting, and the staff were all very friendly. The burgers aren't cheap (around... $9-11 each without fries), but they're extremely good. Cooked however you like with very tasty meat. The manager (I think? Nottotally sure) came up to us after we'd started eating to make sure everything tasted good and to let him know if we neededanything. He went above and beyond being friendly and helpful to us. Wanted to change up my M.O. from Jackson?s and was looking for a good burger. Hit a home run. BGR delivered with a perfectly... grilled Triple D; medium rare burger, Bacon, Fried Egg with LTO. Added Frangs, 1/2 fries and rings. Great idea! I was notdisappointed, they did me right today. Sampled the chicken tenders as well. Very nice accompanied with the chipotle Mayo.Finished up with a cookie the size of my hand. Not too bad. Was also impressed with the service, everyone was nice and kept busycleaning when business was slow. I appreciate the cleanliness as well as the good work ethic. In our area, we are lucky to have many food options. A neighbor recommended BGR Burgers, so we tried them via curbside pickup.... The food and service did not disappoint! The man brought our order to the car with a friendly and personable attitude. The orderwas well protected in a stapled brown bag. Burgers can get cold fast, and we were delayed picking up the order, but when we gotit home, we were surprised to find our food was still warm. Also, they listened to our custom requests; it was cooked well, andthe size was great for the price value -- it looked like a real burger from a grill, not frozen. We will return to BGR the nexttime we have a burger craving! Read more
